It’s a chain. In white marsh. I don’t know why I had semi-high expectations of this place. I got a cheese pizza. It was cold when it came out. Besides that it was not good. A so-called pizza place should at least have their cheese pizza down.

They blew my expectations away. Went for dinner with kids and they had many things to keep them occupied so that i could enjoy my dining experience. Even with a crowd we were seated within 5 minutes. Starting at the door is a lending library, then while seating– the usual kid activity menu with crayons, but also dough to be creative with! Shortly, after being seated, our fantastic waitress– Shanika immediately served drinks with hot rolls! We had our dinner and they had ice cream to complete a great meal. Not once did i hear a complaint, whine of where’s my food, i’ m hungry … Parents, you get my drift. A well needed time to be taken care of, fed, and relax with the kids who arrived very hungry but left very satisfied. I will be back!

This was our first time at this location together and unlike the last Bertucci’s we went to we stayed this time. The temperature was perfect and our waiter was very helpful. The 5 cheese ravioli was yet a winner again. The beers were very cold and refreshing. We enjoyed ourselves and will stop through again soon.

This was my first time here. Me and my sister had got a small pizza with 2 topping to share and also had our own meal. We both had got pasta. My pasta was good i had custom it with shrimp and chicken. But my sister pasta had hair in it. The service was ok. Many times the lady had walked passed and spoke to us but she still keep the plates that we had finished to the side. I had stacked it and everything for them to grab. We didn’t even had napkins. We had to ask for them. These are just minor things but the minor things count. This place was just ok

My husband and I usually enjoy the food here(although they change the menu a lot so every time I find a dish I like it soon disappears from the menu)…Unfortunately when we went in tonight there was no one at the hostess station. A mother and her daughter were already standing there waiting to be seated. They ended up walking out and so did we a few minutes later. Hard to give a restaurant your money if they can’t find a staff member to seat you or at least acknowledge that you will be helped momentarily. For tonight, Olive Garden got our money instead.

I had the Chicken Scampi and Mozarella Fritta. Lacked flavor and desperately needed salt. Clean atmosphere. Decent customer service. Being that i received a online discount that made it easier to swallow. Literally

Really showing its age; ripped cushions and all. The food is no where as good as the timorous location. I do love Bertucci’s but unfortunately I have avoid this location even though it’s down the street from where I live.

For inexpensive Italian food, Bertucci’s is a great place to go. I love the warm rolls they serve you with the garlic dipping oil. If you go for lunch, you get unlimited salad with your meal. One of my favorite dishes is the chicken piccata. The lemon caper sauce is so addictive. I think they started to add more breading on the chicken than they used to, but it’s still really good! The service is pretty consistent each time I’ve gone and has been pretty good.

I love Bertucci’s a lot, but this one located at White Marsh is the worst! I ordered a 8 wings Tuscan and waited for 30 minutes, finally the waiter brought the 8 wings Tuscan to our table, I was so hungry and took a big big bite on the wing, Oh, my, the inside is still cold and under cooked!!! I showed it to the waiter and the manager came. The manager was very«nice» saying she would give me a new order of «8» wings and took away the rest of wings. A few minutes later, my «new» order of «8» wings came, but I noticed ONLY6 wings were on the plate, not 8. After i carefully examined the wings, one of wings was overcooked and apparently they took back the rest of my first order of wings and«burned» them again and took them out pretending they were«New» «8» wings!!! Terrible!!!, the manager is a liar! The service sucked!!! I WILLNOT return back to the Bertucci’s located at White Marsh, Maryland for the rest of my life. Never feel so insulted!!!

This review is from a party room experience. The servers were very friendly and hospitable. The sangria that I drank was tasty. Everything that came out of the kitchen was slow to arrive and sloppy when it did. My salad was so drenched in dressing that I had to send it back. The second dish was better because the dressing was on the side. My pizza was an absolute sloppy mess! First of all I ordered at the same time as my cousin next to me and his pizza arrived at least 30 minutes before mine. I ordered the following toppings– caramelized onions, roasted peppers and chicken. When I’ve ordered at other pizza restaurants, the toppings are cut in small pieces to fit on the pie. Not here! The toppings were HUGE and just piled on top. They all fell off when I lifted up a slice of course. The toppings tasted good. But the size of them defeated the purpose of being placed on the top of a pizza and the pizza was so lazily assembled. I include pictures of the leftover pizza next to a ruler just to show how huge the toppings were. The only reason I ate here was for a family birthday party. I won’t return of my own choice.

The waitstaff is friendly and helpful but the food is never consistent at all. My family and I used to love going here but every time we visit, we realize why it’s not a good to spot for us.

I was hesitant to try this place because of the low reviews but was pleasantly surprised and how good the service was and the food. I highly recommend trying any of their specialty pizzas. There hasn’t been one that I didn’t like.

Updated — Both food quality and customer service have gone downhill. I always order the margherita pizza and it used to come looking perfect with the olive in the middle and exactly the number of rolls I wanted. Now it looks soggy, no olive, they don’t give me as many rolls as I asked for(only wanted 3!) and I don’t get oil with the rolls like I asked for. The one time I ordered dessert they served me a still-frozen tiramisu. I couldn’t even stick my fork in it, so I took it home and thawed it out, and it was OK. Just a little frosty. Three stars only because I remember that they used to have good food and good people 1 – 2 years ago.

Pizza, pizza. When you think about pizza, tasty dough and melted cheese comes to you mind. Well, my pizza had SOME cheese sprinkled in between of toppings. Never ordering again. Plus this place is inconsistent — I know cooks have days off but please give more shifts to the ones that at least like what they do.

Bertucci’s has amazing pizza which I have found to be consistently tasty. I also recommend the fried mozzarella appetizer and the shrimp and lobster risotto entrée. The service had been good each time I have visited this location. They have a very affordable lunch menu which is usually served quickly. The only thing I have not been pleased with here was the desert. You can call in a delicious pizza to go too!

We had not ordered from Bertucci’s in quite a while and wanted a yummy and easy meal. We were supposed to get some soups with our meal but did not, despite the hostess supposedly checking the order. What a freaking hassle. The person we spoke with said that we could drive back to get the soups(Yeah! Thanks! That’s what I want to do rather than eat my meal) or receive some sort of coupon, but when I asked how much it would be, including the hassle factor, he couldn’t tell me since the general manager had to determine that price. The caesars salads were fresh, tasty and ample. However, the chicken piccata was terrible. Although the meat was decently breaded, there were barely any lemon or capers. We were not sure if there was a new cook back there who had no idea how to make piccata, but this is not what we’ve previously had at any Italian restaurant and was quite lacking. We are not sure if we’ll be back again.

I actually really enjoy Bertucci’s pizza. It’s very close to artisanal style, crispy crust, good ingredients, so on. The only issue I have had with this particular location is that they tried to sell me a totally burned pizza once. The woman lifted the box top, said it looked good, and I had to stop her there. It was crispy beyond edible. I sent it back and 20 minutes later, had a fresh one ready to go. If you get a caesar salad, be sure to get the largest size. They run on the very small side. Free rolls = one happy gal. Ask for butter and oil! Delicious.

Bertucci’s gets 5 stars out of this Unilocaler because they have my favorite pizza of all time plus free fresh baked rolls while you wait. Enough said. It’s a well decorated environment to take the more mature family members you may not see as often and want to treat or to hold a semi-casual business meeting. Lest we not forget happy hour after a long day at work(they have a pretty impressive bar). You get what you pay for. Fresh brick oven fired pizza and considering sauce is very important to me since I don’t order cheese on my veggie pizzas. The sauce(I say«sauce» but it is should really be described more as flavor packed, smashed, roasted tomatoes that fell to your pie straight from the heavens) at Bertucci’s is the best I have ever tasted. Stop. Now think about it…
