We held my daughter’s 5^th birthday party here and we had a BLAST!!! The staff is so friendly and unbelievably helpful. The facility is neat and clean. Everything is well-run. The most important thing that sets BIG HOUSE OF BOUNCE apart is their FLEXIBILITY. When we held our party here, WE were in control of when we served cake and opened presents. WE were able to gauge and base our decisions upon our kids energy levels. It was so refreshing to be a patron of a business that really caters to its customers. Did I mention we live in Frederick County? It was totally worth it to drive to Baltimore for this business. (45 minutes) Five stars, two thumbs up and Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for such a successful party! This business is located *inside* Plaza Mall. They also rent bouncers. Check them out!
