The Crab cheddar fondue fries that I had are a nice (not lump), well-​seasoned crab cake over good, well-​fried fries. Too much for one person to eat quickly enough for them to remain crisp. Next time that the truck is in a convenient location, I’ll try a burger, BBQ, or falafel.
