The Mac & Cheese is to die for, and I did. Thankfully, the entire bar broke out into a rendition of Kiss From A Rose by Seal which brought me back to life like no religion ever could — and I tried them all whilst my soul was wandering.
The green beans were terrible.

Totally absurd place. They told me «Get lost, kid. Your God is dead.». Couldn’t even figure out if it was a bar or a church. they had upside down crucifixes everywhere.

just moved to the neighborhood and wanted to check this place out. Appears to just be a house. No one was home on Friday night. I came with my dog. He was sad to not get fawned over by bar patrons as he was promised by me during our walk in the cold.

Hands down, the best little dive in Hampden. Now that The Boar Bar has a free pool table, there’s no need to go to Frazier’s. Can you believe this joint is dog friendly? You can bring two or three or even four dogs. Drinks are so cheap, I think I MADE money while I was there, drinking. If only I could give this place six out of five stars.

Of all the bars of swine that I’ve patronized, this was by far the most elegant. The boar banner and the heavy wooden bar give this gem a touch that you won’t find at places like Nokuda City or Shrimpsburg. And don’t get me started on the women… They are likened to drops of effervescent tears from a necromancer fisherman, they are generally also not single, yet equally appealing to the senses. Don’t miss this staple of Bohemian lust if you are passing through. Live music on Saturdays and trivia on Sundays.

Boar bar is one of my favorite spots in Hampden. Good people, good drinks and awesome dance parties. Just be careful for the bearded guy with glasses who lives close to the bar. He’s been known to occasionally strip down to his boxers when supremely inebriated and talk really close to you. On the bright side, he’s got some sick lower body dance moves though. All in all, this bar is not one to miss out on!
