John Simansky was fantastic! He was very patient with explaining everything he was doing and why. He made suggestions on ‘how’ to repair some of the items, not simply that they need repairing. This was very helpful as it allowed me to gauge the potential cost along the way. He brought up an article about some pipe issues on his laptop so I could see the industry consensus. I felt very comfortable with his assessment and followup. His report was emailed to me the same day, with everything we discussed. This made it very easy for me to follow and for my realtor to use in further negotiations. Highly recommend!

Dave Guttman completed our new home inspection last week in Canton/Baltimore. He was thorough, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable. We have experienced over 6 home inspections and never had someone seem to ‘care’ so much about the value we were getting in a home; he even went back out to the property to reinspect the roof when we had questions. We will definitely be reaching back out to him for advice along the way (a free service they offer) as well as for future home purchases.
