Absolutely amazing experience. Came from out of town for family wedding but found needed a suit. Called at 4pm on a Saturday. Susanna directed me to exactly right suit, no not the most expensive, picked the shirt, the tie, the belt, even shoe polish. Seamstress stayed, hemmed pants, and then rehemmed them even. And Susann showed us how to save 25% too through a little trick. Was on my way to wedding function in an hour! Thank You!

Superb service, even for a Brooks. I went here to try on and purchase a number of dress shirts — they’ve changed their sizing, meaning I had to actually go try things on to find out what I needed. The service here was responsive and excellent — they were incredibly patient with my shirt-related perfectionism, and even arranged for tailoring(which was itself impeccable) that very minute. I didn’t get the impression that I was being pushed towards anything in particular, and the staff was good enough to not attempt to cross-sell stuff that I indicated I didn’t need or want. I’m frankly not sure why some on here complain about it being a bit snobby — I didn’t have that experience. That being said, I know some people find all Brooks stores snobby, so it may be a taste thing. I’ve definitely seen much worse. Incidentally, this location is somewhat difficult to get to — parking in Harbor Place is expensive, and street parking isn’t readily available. It’s worth it, though.

Friday I hurried to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor Brooks Brother with a rip in my khakis that only a jean designer would envy. Sarah Farringtom quickly hooked me up with luxury pair of BB khakis, after first offering the to have the tailor see what he could do for my non-BB trousers, I’m afraid it was literally R.I.P. for them. Theses lovely leg coverings were the least expensive that BB had, but a splurge for me. I’m not unhappy, quite the opposite, it’s wonderful to know that shops still exist that provide such quality service, and product. Returning to work friends asked, after hearing the price, «Doesn’t CVS have sweatpants?» Maybe they do, but look at that fit!

I would give negative stars if permitted. The customer service is terrible, but actually NONE of them ever asked me if I need any help during my 30 mins shopping there!!! I asked the lady under the counter for help, she said hold on a sec, and I waited for 5 mins, and she left for lunch or sth else, anyway, she never helped! I then asked another guy for size help if I can get a slim fit chinos. He pointed at the chinos shelf with a gesture, and said that is all we have. I felt like that they did not want to sell anything to me. Normally, a sales person should at least check their storage, or recommend other styles. Finally, I found sth I like, and asked them where the fitting room is. I wanted to buy it, but when I saw the salespersons poker faces.(the point is that NONE of them was busy, yet no one ever talks to me). I instantly returned those items. I am in a rather high end retail store, and I expect someone to give me advices or at least ask me how it went. The funny fact is, a guy and his mother were being helped so attentively, maybe she wore a LV handbag??? So were an old couples who dressed like they were on vacation. So I am obviously the customer they thought I won’t make a purchase. I am so offended by the snobbish attitude of this store. After all, brooks brother isn’t a luxury brand after all, it is not like I can’t afford it. FYI, I wore business casual, and was seriously picking on the pants I want, they just watched me, even if I asked for their help, they looked annoyed rather than delighted. Worst shopping experience. I would never visit this place again.

Like every Brooks Brothers, this one is organized, professional and easy to navigate. Wasn’t sure how good the service or store would be since it was located in a mall, but it was what you come to expect from Brooks. I’ll definitely give a few extra points to the staff here as they displayed the southern hospitality that is sometimes lacking up in the northeast. They staff was quick to strike up a conversation which ultimately lead to them making specific clothing recommendations based on what they thought I would like. An overall great experience and the high bar was met.

It’s a Brooks Brothers, so you pretty much get what you expect. Rachel was very helpful to me and my brother. We got 2 custom suits and were very happy. Just make sure you don’t need it on short notice. It takes about 3 weeks for the measurements to be sent to China(or wherever they are manufactured) and then sent to the store. Also, they should validate you if you are purchasing something. The price to park at Harbor Place is outrageous.

This location came off as snobbish. This is not the first BB I have shopped in but it was the first where no one asked if I needed help and then seemed annoyed when I had to ask for help. I came in here for the specific purpose of getting sized and buying a suit for my BF for a wedding. They were so unhelpful that I ended up buying the suit somewhere else and just buying a shirt(and a tie that was on sale).
