Ye Gods, what a place. Be warned now: if you can’t stand crowds, you’re going to HATE it here. This store is located inside of Eastpoint Mall. My husband and I were confused because the gate is always halfway down, leading us to think that it was closed(or getting ready to close — but hey, this is Eastpoint Mall, one of a handful of dying shopping areas, so we couldn’t be blamed for thinking it). We came in, though, and I started looking for dresses for work. This is where Burlington does shine — cheap clothes that are suitable for work occasions. I found a bunch of dresses that were priced just right(about 15 dollars a pop), and there was plenty to go around in everyone’s size(including plus, even though I don’t wear plus anymore). There’s a lot to buy here — shoes, workout clothes, bathing suits, jeans, everything you can imagine. There’s a rather large home department, as well, and some limited grocery selections. I actually got a few bottles of DaVinci sugar free syrups for my coffee that rival anything Torani puts out — and I got them for only 4 bucks. Score! However, I have to take points off just for the fact that there are some SERIOUSLY nasty people that shop here. I mean«nasty» as in leaving chewing gum on the floors in the dressing rooms, wiping nose excretions on the walls, you name it. I think that this is particular to Burlington — the Arundel Mills store is just as bad as this place(if not worse, really). Burlington used to be rather upscale, but something seriously bad has happened to it, heh. I’d come back here again only because I can pick up so many things for work without breaking my wallet, but I sure wish that the atmosphere was better. I try to get in and out of those dressing rooms as quickly as possible, because believe me — you’ll be grossed out fast. If it weren’t so cheap, I wouldn’t bother with it. You have been warned.
