Just one star! I love the service the network provides but the experience I had at this location was a mess because I was talking to one guy that greeted me as I walked in and then another guy interrupted and then told me that what I came for was not going to work and then I said well it should cause I know what im talking about and as he fought my words I was thinking«damn I came to get help but this guy don’t have any to offer» so instead of showing my anger I just went to the guy who greeted me and left the mr know it all to himself and then the guy who was helping me was new but I left a happy camper because my phone was working again and I wanted to let that asshole have it but he wasn’t worth my words.

This store is so UNPROFESSIONAL that the front counter white lady with blonde hair was rude and push me when I politely said excuse me while trying to leave store. Will never go there again and WILL be pressing charges. Also not even a REAL Verizon store only auth dealer.

TERRIBLE service. I have used this retailer more than once and every experience has been awful. I am beyond confused why I have even continued to give them chances. This experience was by far the worst. I was given false information, given someone else’s information, and lied to. MOST of the employees are extremely rude and un-friendly. I say most because I have had nice employees and still received bad service. Anyone I know that has gone here has agreed with me. Don’t waste your time. Drive the extra ten minutes to White Marsh. I promise it will be worth it.

DONOTVISITTHISSTORE — YOUWILLBEMISLEAD! I had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever experienced here. I was intentionally mislead in order to complete a sale — I was not told that my plan would be completely changing, even though I asked. This was a change that could not be revoked or reinstated, and the person selling me my phone knew that. When I called the store upon realizing this unwanted change, the management was extremely rude and refused to help me or return my calls. I even went a step above and called the district manager(Cory) and left several messages, which were never returned. I have never been so frustrated and dissatisfied! Do not support bad business like this!
