This place just sucks. Never opens when it’s supposed to. Wait times are unbelievably long– and the only people that are nice are the security guards.

Through all the changes and growth of this organization I have continued to receive quality, compassionate healthcare from the only providers that cater to the specific needs of the diverse population of Baltimore/​Maryland. Keep it up.

The guy who manages the desk at the dentistry center on the 6^th floor is an absolute lazy, uneducated, rude and unfocused twenty something. Was on the phone with his friend while I asked questions, refused to check my insurance or forgot to verify insurance so I came to appointment and he told me, after the 15 min window they have now — you won’t be seen after 1215 if your apt was at 12 EVEN IF IT IS THE OFFICES FAULT– anyway he told me after looking at my insurance card I do t know that you have insurance, then wouldn’t call the number on the back.
I was furious that I wasted my time. Also it’s chocked full of impoverished patients & employees. Sad to say don’t waste you time, money or energy going to this dentistry. There’s a really nice one across the block. Go there!

I guess if you have no insurance and need a place to go this is it but if you are insured don’t waist your time incompetent Staff, long waits even with appointment, lost my blood work twice, Large turnover off staff, like i said if you have no insurance you have little options so i guess this may work but if you are insured this is not a place for you
