We have used Craig and Chesapeake Appliance Service over the years and love him. It’s a small operation but know what they are doing.
Caution: there are several services with that name. If you aren’t talking to Craig, you are not talking to the Chesapeake Appliance Service… There are also a similarly named one ending in Repair…

I wanted to let everyone know that you need to stay away from this company. First off, they have tried to fix my problem 3 times finally ending with them recommending to my warranty company to send another contractor out. I never received a call from them, I always had to call and follow up with them. They were very unprofessional, rude and not caring. I have gone without a working appliance for almost a month and only found out about them giving up by calling them myself. Save your time and hard earned money and hire some real professionals that care about you as a customer.

This appliance service is the best ever! Installed all of my new Whirlpool appliances. Craig was very professional and came to my home as promised and completed the job. I would recommend him to anyone!
