Come Clean Carpet Care

**This is my review from Thumbtack, but I wanted to make sure it was seen here on Unilocal as well**
If you’re reading this and considering hiring Cliff to clean your carpets, do it. He has an exceptional eye for detail, works hard, and will make sure that you’re more than satisfied.
I hired Cliff on a day when I had company flying in and needed the carpets cleaned that day. I have two big dogs and a cat, and they’d made a mess of things so getting pet odor out was a big requirement. Cliff didn’t have any reviews yet on Thumbtack (in fact, this may be his first one) but he had a professional web site and the other two companies that responded had some questionable feedback. I called Cliff and after a brief conversation decided to hire him.
I am so glad that I did.
Cliff showed up and walked through the house with me to find out where the accidents happened, then went through again to see if he could find any other potential spots that I may have missed or that had a residual smell from previous accidents that had been cleaned. After meticulously going through the house he began treating and cleaning the floors.
He spent the next five hours cleaning an area that other companies would spend an hour on, working hard the entire time. He took no breaks, just treat, clean, test (smell), treat and clean again. He got up every stain and removed all pet odors. The house smells wonderful now and the carpets look like they did six months after installation.
If you’ve made it this far and you’re still not convinced I will offer up one more reason to hire Cliff. He’s just a good guy. I had a plumber out here at the same time who’s car wouldn’t start when he went to leave. Cliff helped us try to jump the car with his van, and helped us push the car into the driveway. He didn’t have to do this, but we didn’t even have to ask.
You’re making the right decision if you hire him.

These guys are very good… do a great job, are very professional, don’t hit you with the crazy upsells at the last second, and get all stains up with no issues. Can’t say enough nice things and will recommend them to everyone I know! A+ for sure!
