Crema Coffee Company

(5÷2÷2015) Went to the Market Days at Chartreuse & Co. in Frederick this weekend. Only food available was a cute truck (only operates once a month and has the words «The Days Gourmet» on it) with nice set up for coffee, pastries, and lunch. Got the Crabby Grilled Cheese (friends got the Shortrib Grilled Cheese and devoured it). The French bread was crusty on the edge and soft and chewy in the middles, nice for a grilled cheese, which was griddled to golden brown, then popped in the oven to melt (mine was slightly cold in the middle, I think they felt rushed, we did wait 20 mins or so). Since we were starving, also got the Grape Tomato and Mozzarella Salad (nice fresh basil, oregano, olive oil, cracked black pepper and salt) and German Potato Salad (came with bacon, nice touch, very sour and sweet, lots of celery seed).
It took a little interwebs searching to figure out who was who, but I believe the Crema people also run the Days Gourmet food truck once a month in Frederick as well as operate Charm City Farmhouse to sell vintage goods (at least that was the company listed on my receipt). If you see them around, would recommend, (but don’t be in a rush). Bonus: Mexican Coke.
