Shirley who works at the pharmacy lied to me. My prescription had been submitted online but was not ready when I went to the store. She told me I had to wait in the waiting area for 25 minutes. I asked if I could come back and she told me they wouldn’t fill it unless I waited in their filthy waiting area. I asked why, as this was unusual, she didn’t answer. I walked away, but called the pharmacy from the store and they told me that it would be fine to come back in 25. I came back, Shirley got rude with me saying she had already told me it wouldn’t be ready unless I waited. Sure enough my medicine was waiting because the individual on the phone took the time to treat me like a human being. Judging from my interaction, Shirley is a liar, she is rude, and has poor people skills. If CVS is going to hire such unmannered individuals they will have to do without my patronage.
