I am thrilled to have found Dempsey Linens!
They are so organized, friendly and provide an enormous amount of excellent customer service.
As the person who handles our linen needs, I am well aware of the shortcomings of Virginia Linens, my previous linen company. My grievances with them are deep.
The same problems persisted with VA Linens: no delivery, failing to pick up linens, keeping a huge inventory and charging us through the roof– all lasted several years, each of my predecessors had the same problems. Luckily, I got out of that contract and found Dempsey Linens!
Unlike VA Linens, Dempsey has a customer service department and genuinely wants each customer to be satisfied with their service. My driver is excellent, and even offered additional services that he noticed.
Dempsey is reliable, competitively priced, and their product is much better than VA linens. Dempsey has that family friendly touch where I know if there ever was a problem, they’d go above and beyond to fix it.
I am overjoyed to have found Dempsey Linen Company and hope that everyone currently suffering under the horrible VA Linen monopoly, breaks free and instead chooses Dempsey Linens. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks again Dempsey for being awesome!
