What to do during a rain delayed game? You can’t leave and re-enter so you might as well stay. Just beware that everyone else has the same idea so get in line and get a table sooner than later! You don’t need to walk far and still have the excitement of the stadium. Then when the game continues you can scoot right on back to the stands.

I didn’t eat it but my fiancée highly recommends the bacon on a stick. The build the burger was good. Service was excellent.

Great service. Cannot say enough how nice and attentative the waitresses are. What gave this review 2 stars is the cheese paper found in my burger. True demonstration of laziness on the cooks part.

Very solid place along Eutaw street at Camden Yards. I was walking around the park checking out all he sight lines and decided to stop I to Dempseys for a couple of cold ones. I thought they had a great selection of drafts and the bartenders were cool too. I didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on that. The beer was quite tasty though. It is also right next to one of the team stores so you can knock off your souvenirs if you fill the need. It seems like the type of place that gets pretty crowded do if you want to belly up to the bar during game day… plan accordingly…

Awesome food(the buffalo flat bread did not disappoint) and beer, odd location for a restaurant open on non game days. James(bartender) was so friendly and helpful when deciding what to drink and even where to go(I’m here on work from Florida) to find souvenirs. I’ll definitely be back before I head back home.

Just left the bar, had a bad experience. The bartender had a very difficult time engaging us whatsoever. She repeatedly walked by U.S. with zero acknowledgement. A older couple seated to the right us of came in and exited after about 8 mins due to the lack of a greeting or a ill be with you in a minute. Note this was 1:30 on a Wednesday, the bar was not crowded ie. Less than all seats at the bar filled and no one standing looking for drinks. I normally would not write a negative review, but if I were the business owner, I would want to know if there was an issue with an employee. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

Great food… Terrible service. They mixed our orders up with another table and even among us. We felt like we were a bother to our server. Everything was like it was our fault and a bother to her. Can’t complain too much because it was my father-in-law’s treat. He NEVER complains about anything and he seemed a bit surprised. The buffalo chicken sliders my wife ate looked great and my father-in-law’s Cobb salad looked good. The remaining six of us had chicken fingers and fries. I ordered the«adult» chicken fingers with hot sauce and the cheese sauce for the fries. They gave my fries to the kids(said he didn’t realize that those were adult chicken fingers) and never did bring the hot sauce. I shared my wife’s hot sauce. It turned out«ok». I will only go back due to convenience and the fact that my FIL likes to eat there. We were in for a ballpark tour and this was the perfect place to feed our family. I just wish that it was a more positive experience.

Dempsey’s is the destination for food and drinks at Oriole Park. Whether you’re in the mood for an excellent crab cake or juicy burger, this is the place to be! What really impressed me about Dempsey’s during my last visit was the customer service and response to customer problems. During games, especially when the O’s are playing, say, the Nationals, you can wait for a table for upwards of an hour. This was my situation and i noticed several similarly sized parties behind us were seated before we were. Naturally, I was perturbed and brought this to the attention of the management. The manager, Ryan, and hostess, Precious, acknowledged the situation, apologized for the added wait, and seated us promptly. Thanks, Dempsey’s! You can be sure I’ll be back.

Great atmosphere during a game. The service is really quick even during a high volume game. My date and i got a flatbread pizza with cheese and bacon that was awesome. Vans who can say no to bacon on a stick??? Delicious.

This place was great!!! Not very busy on the Tuesday night that we were in town, but I imagine during game time, it must be packed. It was a bright cheery clean place, and the bartender was really nice. Of the four bars we went to that night, it was definitely my favorite(and I wish we had just stayed there!)

If you find yourself at an Orioles game, or if you are downtown, you should definitely go to Dempsey’s at Camden Yards. Dempsey’s is my favorite place to go in the stadium for food, followed very, very closely by Boog’s. If you go during a ballgame, be prepared to wait, but it really is worth it. For appetizers, my friends and I will split an order of Crab Dip with Pita Chips, and Bacon on a Stick. Both appetizers are $ 12 a piece, but the crab dip is delicious, and of course there’s bacon a stick! Can’t go wrong there. I also ordered the BBQ Pit Beef. Very tasty and worth getting. Don’t feel bad if you’re missing the game. There’s TVs all around, so you won’t be missing any of the game. Also, the TVs are in sync with the center field screen, so you won’t be missing any of the crab shuffle or condiment race.

Good spot for a big burger or flat bread pizza. I enjoyed the O’s pizza with bold Bay Roma Sausage. Plus the sweet potatoe tots with Crown Royal sweet sauce was a good take on sweet potato fries. Good spot to watch the game and enjoy fun ball park food with style.

During baseball season, Dempsey’s Brew Pub at Camden Yards is always packed so I haven’t had a chance to eat there yet. Fortunately, thanks to City Dining Cards I was able to make it a point to get to Dempsey’s because I had a card for it. In the offseason, I suspect Dempsey’s gets minimal traffic because the place was empty on a Friday evening. My friend and I were seated right away. After glancing over the menu, my friend decided to order Wings with Dempsey’s BBQ Sauce. The wings were super saucy but my friend didn’t love them. She preferred the wings at No Idea significantly more, that sauce had more flavor. For my meal, I decided to try one of the burgers because they had a few interesting looking options on the menu. The one that stood out the most was the Double Bacon Egg and Cheeseburger. The picture really doesn’t do this burger any justice. It was two thin burger patties, a fried egg, bacon and chipotle sauce. I loved the chipotle sauce, but I felt that the burger would have been better if it was one juicy patty as opposed to two thin patties. But the flavors were really great in this burger. My burger came with a side of chips that I substituted for Old Bay Fries with a side of white cheddar sauce. The fries were nothing outstanding, but a nice side for my burger. Normally, I don’t order dessert. But my friend spotted the Berger Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Duo and we couldn’t resist. This dessert came with two scoops of ice cream, each sandwiched between a berger cookie. I don’t know what else to say about this awesome creation. It was the perfect way to end the meal. While we didn’t love everything we ordered at Dempsey’s, the dessert was awesome and I’d return for just that.

Can not come to Camden Yards without a visit to Dempsey’s. Amazing food(love the bacon marinaded in maple syrup, loaded nachos and gourmet burgers). Large selection of craft beers and super friendly staff. Often you will see Rick Dempsey here in person. He is always gracious and will take pictures and sign autographs.

On a recent trip to Baltimore, I ate here with some coworkers. There wasn’t a game going on, but this restaurant is right outside the center field entrance to the Orioles baseball stadium. It’s a neat little area just outside the ballpark. Dempsey’s is really just a typical sports bar. Nothing great, nothing bad, just average. The place was absolutely dead when we were there. I imagine that it’s hopping on game days, but when we here on a Monday evening, we were the only people in the whole place, other than the workers. Usually this would be a red flag to me, but we decided to give it a shot anyway. I wasn’t starving, so I just had a grilled chicken caesar salad. Nothing fancy of course, but it was pretty good. They also brew some of their own beer here, so I decided to try some. I can’t recall the exact name of the beer, but it was a red beer, and was actually pretty good. I can’t say that I was wowed by my experience here, but I thought it was fine. I’m not sure I’ll be rushing back here to eat, but it’s certainly an acceptable place if you’re looking to watch a game, have a beer, and enjoy some fairly cheap food.

I’m usually a little tough on brewpub style restaurants. I find some of them to be the same old same old. But since I was staying across the street at the Hilton, the opportunity to eat dinner with a view of Camden Yards was appealing to me. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the food. The Maryland Crab soup was quite good with enough crab meat to satisfy. My Beer Can Chicken with mashed potatoes were done perfectly(and my 10 month old son enjoyed his bites of the potatoes as he kept eyeing my plate after I gave a taste to him). My wife enjoyed her salad, but especially enjoyed the Old Bay fries which had the perfect amount of seasoning. She got the chocolate stout cake for dessert. I got the Smith Island cake. I loved the Smith Island cake as it had the perfect sweetness. I tasted the chocolate stout cake, and found it all a little too sweet. But that is just me. It was a basic meal. But it was a solid meal.

How awesome is it to have a full service restaurant in the middle of the ballpark? I had lunch here after doing the stadium tour on a weekday, so there wasn’t a big crowd, but I can imagine how it must be on game days. The restaurant is large and decorated with sports memorabilia, with ample TV screens and windows facing out onto the ballpark. They also brew their own beer in the middle of the bar, it’s cool that they have all the brewing equipment out to look at. Our service and food were both excellent. There was lots of variety on the menu and I had a hard time choosing what I wanted. It’s mostly American food fare, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, etc. My husband and I shared a grilled cheese sandwich and a cobb salad, and both were well-prepared and delicious. And they didn’t skimp on the avocado in the salad, yay! Definitely glad we stopped to eat here.

Went to the game but wanted to actually sit down and enjoy a real meal. This place is a great addition to the stadium. I don’t feel like I’m in a restaurant but at the park. The prices are actually not awful and the menu is really different and has a lot to offer. I liked how varied the food choices were and I hope more brew pubs start to adapt similar style menus. Had the crab dip $ 12 with pita chips, the dip fixed my craving and wasn’t to heavy for a warm day. The pita chips were just ok. Also had the Pulled pork and it was served with a great cole slaw and delicious homemade kettle chips. The pork was the weakest of the dishes, small amount on a plan bun. Additional got the beer sampler and really enjoyed the variety they offer. The beer isn’t something I would go out of my way for but perfect for the food and occasion. Tip: If you get a beer or soda here and you can take it into the stadium they serve they in plastic wear! Also more selection on beer and drinks!

Dempsey’s Beer is the best kept secret. I wanted to check out Dempsey’s, so we went in hours before a game. I loved all of the memorabilia and thought it was cool that a World Series Champion and long time player for the Orioles owned a bar at Camden Yards. We sat at the bar and decided to order a sampler of Dempsey’s own beer. Four different 4oz. samples for only $ 5(non-game day or time). The beer was great! I was very impressed and glad we stopped in.
