We’re previous customers of DirecTV, went to Comcast, then came back to DTV. Not exactly thrilled with it. Lost signal last night during the Grammys. And not just for a few minutes. From approximately 930pm until I just gave up and went to bed at about 1130pm, it was off. So disappointed, and surprised that this still happens. May have been the freezing rain, but it was barely raining at all.

Directv is the worse cable company I’ve ever seen, there service suck and on top of that they want to keep raising the monthly bill. They will say call back for new promotions but when ever I call they tell me the same thing, no new promotions are available. I will never recommend them to any of my family or friends, hell I wouldn’t do it to my enemies either. Time for a new company directv treat their customers terrible shame on them !!!

We were really holding out hope for DirecTV. We had them in Colorado and customer service was great. We were on the phone for 4 hours today trying to book service as a transfer to our new home in Baltimore. They were extremely difficult, passed us around to multiple reps, told us it was pointless for us to bring our equipment cross country as a previously recommended to transfer service and quoted us multiple different rates. Very confusing and frustrating.
