I rated Dunhill Village apartment low because of ongoing issues with disrespectful staff! I’ve been a resident for 6 years! Maintenance does respond quickly and they are polite too! This cannot be said for the rest of the staff(headquarters) I’ve had incidents where the downstairs neighbor smoke so much weed that it would smell like we did it in the home! There’s a registered sex offender that resides on the property although they say they check backgrounds. Recently my husbands car was towed although he had a permit. You would think there headquarters would be polite about the matter; not! We received an email telling us to pretty much«f*** off». The benefit I find here is the location and month to month lease at reasonable cost. I do have children and like the young woman stated it’s more like a «place» to be vs. a «community» We’re saving to buy that’s also the long reason for the stay

Lived there for a year, top floor so no real noise issues. Parking is not a problem. Right next to the highway, BUT695 is always a mess. rental office personnel is nice, maintenance is always there when you call them. Neighbors…i don’t know. wasn’t too fond living next to smokers. It wasn’t until I moved in and unplugged the Glad that I realized how strong it was, when I moved out EVERYTHING I owned smelled like smoke, ugh. Didn’t like living so close to the busy street because of the noise and the fact that the lobby has no controlled access. Living alone, this was a deal breaker for me. Big apartments, really nice size for the price. Water bill is suspiciously high, about $ 25 – 40 a month depending on the # of people on the lease, and it’s not tailored to your apt, it’s a bill the whole community splits. So no matter how much water you use, you’re overpaying. My house water bill is about 100QUARTERLY. This apt is good for mature college students or people without children, there is no community aspect here. ‘A get up and go type of people“ I was too scared to keep trash in my apt b/c it’s Baltimore and I know there has to be rodents somewhere and one time I found one in my apt after not being around for a couple of days. After having a panic attack, I called maintenance, they took care of it and that was the one and only one I ever saw.
