My Dyson DC50 gets a workout with 3 cats, 2 dogs and multiple humans and somehow a hose got disconnected. Not sure how but it happens in the circus of my life. Oh well I tried to put the hose back in but was unsuccessful so I broke down and went onto the website. Unable to find and or understand how to fix it I went to the local store. To say that I can be critical of service is an understatement however today there was not a single thing to complain about. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and repaired my issue. He was able to describe the benefits of the newer models and options to trade in my current vac. Dyson is my go to and now I have local professional support. Can’t say enough good things about the vacuum and now the company store.

The gentleman who helped was very courteous, efficient and went way beyond what was necessary to make me happy. Perfect customer service and no hassles dealing with my warranty! Great job Dyson!
