Easter’s Lock & Security Systems

Easter’s is great.
After having trouble with my deadbolt for over a year, the time came when my key no longer worked at all. I called Easter’s that day after finding them online, reading some good reviews, and remembering that I’d seen their trucks around my neighborhood.
They provided same day service. The friendly and knowledgable technician removed the deadbolt, examined it, diagnosed the problem (the pins), went into the truck full of tools that he drove out, repaired the pins, cut a bunch of new keys for me, and was in and out within 45 minutes. He charged a very fair price.
Given my lack of knowledge about locks, the technician easily could have taken me for a ride, but didn’t. I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to call them again.

I called to check about a spare key for my Tundra. I was told that I needed to come in so they could put my key in a fixture to see if it could be copied and also discuss «other options». When I got there the technician went in the back never touching my key. When he returned he said they couldn’t make the key. When I asked about the «other options» he said there were none.
Why waste my time on a 40 mile round trip when they could have answered over the phone? Easter’s is totally incompetent.

I run a petsitting business and although I have my own key machine to make copies of regular keys, I go to Easters to make copies of unusual keys. They always make the best copies (the big chain hardware stores never make working copies) and they are very friendly. I highly recommend them!
