Been going for years and have had only 100% satisfaction! So much nicer and easier than Hair Club where I was also a member for years. This place is lots less expensive as well! Appointments are on time and all of the staff is endearing and friendly. They even came to the hospital to do my hair when I was off my feet for weeks!!! I have lived all over the country and these guys are the Best!!!

I have consistently received exceptional service from my personal stylist and Marty, the salon owner. The hair systems are state of the art with beautiful natural looking hairlines. The cost of the products are competitive and the quality unmatched. In the distant past I tried other hair replacement companies but only until I discovered Eldorado which I have found to be the best in the industry. Eldorado has changed my life for the better. I was and continue to be impressed by the expertise in hair replacement at Eldorado. If you want someone who truly knows the industry, has contributed to the improvement of the look and feel of your hair, this is your place and Marty is your guy. Is he direct? Yes. I’d rather hear the truth and get the best looking hair than have my feelings spared.
Most importantly, my hair looks natural. I live with it as if it were my own hair. Cathy, my stylist could not be more customer friendly and pleasant. Because of Marty’s true passion for his craft and his customers, he has taught his team to add hair in between pieces to keep their clients looking their best.
The cost is reasonable and, if you plan to be a regular, you can pay a flat fee monthly. Ladies, it’s about the same cost as a good salon with color and highlights and a salon could never give you back what nature has taken. Why wouldn’t you go with Marty?

Wow! Eldorado just remodeled and the new look is modern and exuberant.

My husband and I moved to the Baltimore area last year and I went here for my hair pieces. I agree with several others that the owner is condescending and impatient. Purchasing hair pieces is an expensive proposition and I had a number of questions. He just seemed very impatient with me and began to lose his temper. I ended up ordering the piece as my old one was shot but I wanted straight hair and he insisted that the factory would only make it in a curly version. Now that we’ve moved again and I found another hair replacement center I realized he WAY overcharged me by several thousand dollars! And don’t listen to them that there are no other such places for this service. There are a number of others you can go to in Baltimore, one in Towson and 3 in DC. Good luck and try somewhere else.

Your response just validated my point. Yelling at me is pretty rude, don’t you think? Consumers love doing business with companies that can admit the truth. Complaints are what separate good businesses from bad businesses. Thank goodness for Unilocal.I digress
