Customer service is horrible. They are rude, condescending, and just plain nasty. When you email a complaint directly to EnjoyCPR, it goes unanswered. They take your money… and in the case of a student emergency they are not very accommodating with either refunding you or setting you up in a new class. The «Refund» policy is so vague, so much, that this company can use it to their advantage, and twist around the interpretation to meet their needs. They «win» every time.
