I have totally enjoyed my experience and my skin is looking great! Stacey has been in business for over 25 years, and I’ve never heard or read a complaint. Just as with laser hair removal, electrolysis takes time, patience, and commitment. Stacey is extremely sanitary, knowledgeable about more than electrolysis, but all of the other factors that go along with having and maintaining healthy skin. She’s very warm, and you really feel comfortable and as if you are a close friend or family member. I have PCOS and did not care to do laser as I’ve heard it can grow back. The prices are reasonable and you get full quality attentive service for your $$$… To the person under the name Bugrad or whatever, you mentioned 2 very important things, HERDAYOFF& I DIDN’T FEELLIKEGOINGOVERTHIS… How’d you know she was off unless she told you?; WHY didn’t you call back prior to your arrival?; and WHY would you not want to clear up the groupon concern prior to starting your service??? That’s on you, a closed mouth doesn’t get fed. She has a PLETHORA of BUSINESS, so no, the world of Epilation Clinic or Stacey does not revolve around you and your self-esteem. In addition. Unless YOUPAYFORTHATDURATIONOFSERVICE, there’s no way to remove ALLLLL of the hair on your desired areas, ESPECIALLY on your FIRSTVISIT! I started out slow, and she explained very well that there will be hair left, but I’d need to keep coming because she tries to balance the time on each side, meaning unless you pay more, you need to come back. In addition, hair grows in cycles, you could have more hair grow the next day or week and think that she left hair, but it’s not the hair that was removed coming back, it’s different hair on a different cycle. You must keep alllllll appointments to get it all., and to maintain. Laser hair removal itself, when done properly, can take on average 6 – 12 months… So go figure! PLEASEDONOTTRY and ruin this lady’s awesome reputation that’s been built up for years. How many businesses have you maintained serving the public for over 20 years??? It’s not easy, and no one is perfect. Get out of your feelings and stop playing VICTIM. I’m sure this isn’t your first time overreacting and making a mountain out of a mow hill I assure you that everyone will have a wonderful experience with Stacey! She came highly recommended, and I HIGHLY Recommend her as well. Unless she retires, I won’t be going to anyone else. I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist and am extremely knowledgeable myself, and I don’t go to just anybody. I trust Stacey, she had been upfront, honest, and if she doesn’t get to you right away, keep calling. Once you’re a regular, you won’t have to call because your appointments are made when you check out… 5+STARSFROMME! Oh, and I’m a new/returning client who had no knowledge of Stacey or Epilation Clinic’s service delivery prior to October 2015.

I found this business through the Electrology Registry of Baltimore website. If you’re curious about electrolysis/not sure if it’s for you, check out my reviews of ESCC in Boston which details the need to knows and how incredible this process is at changing the quality of your skin. I found myself at EC to finish up some stray hairs that I had left over from my time in Boston. Scheduling an appointment with Stacey was easy and I immediately felt at ease when speaking to her. At the first place I tried to contact [which will remain nameless], I was met with an incredibly rude attitude – as though THEY were doing ME a favor. All good, I’m more than happy to continue to bring my business here. It’s a pricey service, and definitely a commitment, but thus far I’m happy with my results here and will continue coming back for my hair removal needs. Also I should note that the reviewer below me is clearly NOT knowledgeable about electrolysis. One treatment is not going to leave you hair free.

I had a very hard time finding an electrolysis in Baltimore I found this place on Groupon and I’m just really disappointed. Although the owner is very very friendly, professional and means well she really needs to get her business skills like really fine-tuned. She did not listen to her voicemail on her day off and when I arrived It was a state of confusion. I wanted to use a Groupon for this service; It would have been significantly less as I already had a credit and 20% off discount with Groupon I left a voicemail asking her if I could use the Groupon but she didn’t listen to the message when I got there I didn’t feel like going over this. I ended up getting charged for the Groupon and by her on my credit card. The first side that she started with still had hair so I’m completely confused about all the bouncing around. A lot more should be able to be done in the time spent. I’m extremely knowledgeable about electroylosis. I’m really not sure if the methods are up to date. I now have to go somewhere else and its a huge pain.

I’ve been to a lot of clinics in a number of cities, and this one ties for my favorite(with one out of state…) Stacey Elder does a fantastic job. My skin has reacted well to every treatment, and they are having a strong impact. Stacey shows a level of care I have never encountered — she called to check in after initial treatments, takes her time and doesn’t irritate my skin, and generally is careful, skilled and wonderful. Add to that, she’s a friendly, cool woman who plays good music while she works. I really appreciate her and am so glad I found her!
