Dr Evans is a nice guy and his hygienists are thorough. However, when it comes to transferring records from your old dentist, they can’t be bothered. They also make you pay for your entire visit up front and let insurance reimburse you. This means I can’t afford to get a crown, even though I have great insurance that they accept at this practice. I have no idea how he can stay afloat with his crappy customer service.
