I dont even know what to say because everything was horrible so ill list every single problem.
–they wouldnt let us see the apartment beforehand
–all of the buildings were built in the 1970s (we know this because the renter employee informed us)
–the kitchen cabinets were old and decrepit
–the vents in the ground that were the original vents had carpenter ant infestations in our kitchen and bathroom and when my boyfriend and I lifted up the vent, we found old cigarette buds, tons of sand, a miny bug forest and mold
— it took mainentence over a week to come and they cleaned the vents half ass
–when our AC FROZE when it started getting hot, I was sick as a dog, and they didnt even assess my request until i called about 7 total times
— all in all THIS PLACE SUCKS 100%

I am moving to the Fairways in a couple of weeks and I have definitely done my research. I see that they have gotten some bad reviews but those seem to be from people who lived there a while ago and the newer people I have talked to have nothing bad to say! Everyone who works there is super nice and makes me feel right at home and the apartment i am moving into is beautiful and a great price! I am not expecting perfection, perfectly quiet neighbors, or no maintenance issues bc let’s face it, it’s an apartment! If people want a silent place to live, move into a single home. I am so excited to move!

Moved in about 8 months ago, love living here management staff is great and always helpful. I have had no issues with the cleanliness or maintenance of the the apartments. This property is heads above any other apartment complex I have ever lived in
I’ve never hesitated to go into the office with any questions or concerns I may have and they have always went above and beyond to be helpful and take of everything they can
