First time we went it was outstanding. We noticed the meat was a little short as well as the sauce so this time we went and asked for both. The meat was not doubled even though we paid $ 3 extra for it and they forgot sauce on one of the orders and put a tiny but if hummus in the other. This was very different from our first experience. They also forgot Pitas as well. The food is fantastic but we were a little disappointed at the extra charges for sauce($ 1.50 is pretty steep) and meat when we didn’t even get the extra stuff we paid for or the normal amount that comes with the meal. Would like to try again if they adjust their policies or start being a little more generous with the sauce and hummus in the rice bowls. Good food. Poor service.

This is some of the best falafel I have ever had, and I love that you are able to customize your falafel order. The staff was so friendly and it was perfect for a casual dinner and drinks outside.

I want to really give 4.5 stars because Falafelicious is just fantastic. I have been there about 5 times now and each time I try a different combination. My favorite so far has been the spicy falafel in a pita wrap with cucumber sauce. I wish they had schwarma or a fresh spit to slice meat from but the falafels make up for it. The service is excellent and you don’t have to wait long for a fresh order. One suggestion is to take down the falafelicious sign that blocks the cooks prep area because I am 5’8″ and the order takers can’t see over it.

Last night I tried Falafelicious for the first time and got the falafel bites in «traditional» flavor… I always find it best to start out with a good baseline at a new restaurant. I found the portion to be very generous and almost a meal by itself. The traditional flavor was very garlic heavy, in my opinion. I love garlic but I was quickly regretting the meal as I ended up tasting it for several hours afterwards. Eating it at work — forget about it! The tzatziki was okay, could have definitely used more of it. I will be back to try some of the meals, the rice bowls seemed like a good deal. And the other flavored falafels sounded promising as well.

Excellent lunch. I ordered the spicy falafel in a pita and my partner ordered chicken kabob in a salad. We shared the hummus and chips. Wine and beer selection is far and above better than anything in canton square! We sat outside and ate in the sun. Good time and we will go back. Healthy eats.

Delicious Falafel. It was Crispy, Fresh and Tasty… And only my 2nd time ever eating this. It was stuffed with plenty of fresh and Tasty salad. I opted for no Tahini and got the Garlic and lemon sauce. I tried calling to place my order, but no numbers worked or they just didn’t answer.

I passed by here a few weeks ago in the afternoon, and they had actually sold out of everything! Came back recently in the evening and it’s good to see that they haven’t sold out, allowing me to try it. I ordered the spicy falafel with the pita and the tzatziki sauce. I thought it was fine… but not that great. It might have been the combination… I spicy falafel really wasn’t very spicy at all. I ordered it to go and by the time I got home, the pita was soggy and the tzatziki sauce seemed a bit on the thinner side. I also prefer the pita from Samos, across the street — something about their pita just makes it so good! I think it’s also a bit more toasted than Falafelicious’s pita. They had plenty of cabbage, but I’d like to see a bit more of the other veggies. As someone else mentioned, the falafel could be a bit crispier and a bit more flavorful. I think that next time, I may try a different falafel and get it with a salad or the rice bowl. The rice bowl seems to be a much better deal, with pita, rice, and hummus?! I think that I’ll also try the curry falafel and perhaps eat it there.

The spicy falafel was yummy in the salad I ordered today. It had good flavor but it was a little crispier/crunchier than I would have liked. The homemade hummus was delicious; I just wish it was a little cheaper. My husband enjoyed the rice bowl and agreed that there were a lot of good flavors mixing together without being overwhelming. We ate outdoors on a nice fall day and enjoyed ourselves.

The falafels are excellent! They have a lot of variety and choices. They even serve alcohol.

Bill the owner really cares about his food, his customers, and the success of this business, and it shows! Fast(we’re talking a couple of minutes, which is perfect for busy lunch hours) friendly service, and delicious food. I stuck with a very basic order for my first try(traditional falafel, pita with everything on it, tzatziki sauce): fresh crisp veggies, pillowy soft pita, tasty tender falafel with a nice crunchy outside. I can’t wait to branch out and try more of the menu options and sauces. Will definitely be back!

The best falafel I have had in a long time. Plus the customer service is amazing, had our food brought right to us and it was super quick. This place is an awesome addition to canton!

I was extremely happy to see a falafel stand open up in Canton Crossing. There was lots of hype about this place and today I finally tried it our for lunch. I had a regular falafel with their green tahini sauce and I’d give it a verdict of good, but with room for improvement. The falafel balls themselves were solid and they put a generous amount of salad in the falafel. Unfortunately the pita that the falafel came in was disappointing. It was thin, not fluffy at all and fell apart pretty quickly. I have yet to find really good pita in Baltimore so maybe they have a tough time getting a supplier but better pita would be a huge upgrade for this place. I also didn’t love their tahini sauce, it had a strange bitterness to it. I wish they offered a regular tahini option for those of us who aren’t fans of the green sauce. On the whole Falafelicious is a great addition to Canton Crossing and I enjoyed the lunch I had here. They could improve a few things though and I hope they don’t get complacent after all the buzz they generated.
