The only thing that seemed to go right was the fact the tires were put on. After taking my car home I continued to have to put air in two of my four brand new tires. After I brought it back for them to take a look at they charge a «flat tire repair» fee of $ 20 a tire. In addition to the shady business going on, I was supposed to get a battery inspection to check the charge of it. I was informed that it was at optimal performance only to drive down the street to auto zone to have the same test done and get a reading that I could see that said the battery was bad. I’m no car expert but when it dies multiple times a week it’s usually a bad battery and a major chain repair shop should report accurate information to customers. I won’t be back and advise people to take their business elsewhere. Update: I was contacted by someone to help resolve my issue and have change my rating to 2 stars, I will be back with an update later.

I’m not a fan of chain auto repair centers, generally, but you can’t beat the tire service at Firestone. If you drive around Baltimore streets long enough you’re going to need to have your tires maintained periodically. I bought a set of tires from them a couple years ago and have since had numerous punctures repaired free, as well as free rotations and inspections. The guys at this center are polite and professional. They give you suggestions about maintenance based on mileage-I know this is corporate-sponsored BS, but that’s OK. I had a tire that couldn’t be repaired recently, so they pro-rated it and I got a brand new $ 94 tire for $ 34.
