They were parked outside of the hospital that I was working at. The owner is a real people’s person he really sold and was very confident in his product. I decided to get the meal which was close to 13 since I used a card. Very reasonable and a great lunch. Would definitely go again!

The crab cakes were cooked perfectly. The owner was very friendly and personable. Our hotel didn’t serve food so it was very convenient that they were right there and the food is excellent. The owner even brought my husband his order into the hotel, what great service!

Amazing crab cake! I am staying at the Baltimore hotel and this food truck is located outside the hotel. I just had dental surgery so I can’t chew anything but it doesn’t matter because these affordable and delicious crab cakes literally melt in the mouth. I have tasted crab cakes in Friday harbor near Seattle but nothing compares to Flash. As a business owner myself I see the passion that goes into the food and service. Tell Jeff that Jason sent you and prepare to be amazed

I just HOUSED a crabcake sandwich from Flash Crabcake’s food truck. It was made with large lumps of crab meat, and seasoned perfectly. To top it off, it was on my favorite type of roll: potato! It was delicious! The truck was very clean, and they market themselves well. The owner Jo was so spunky and confident in her crabcake making abilities. I like that! I admire companies like this who are genuinely excited about what they are doing. Thanks, Jo, for a tasty and inexpensive lunchtime treat!

Wow, seriously great crab cakes– fresh, large lumps of crab, little filler, perfectly spiced. Grab a cake if he’s parked near you! What a nice surprise when we pulled into our hotel to find them there!

Stumbled upon Flash Crabcake today, this is the tastiest crabcake I’ve had in a very long time. The crab cake was full of crab and very little filler. Jo was kind enough to show me the Baltimore way to enjoy with crackers & mustard, and also threw in her tip of Worcestershire sauce. Both were delicious. I will now be on the hunt for these crab cakes. $ 10 for 6oz cake with crackers, worth every penny!

(10/30/2014) Got the 6 oz. «Super» Lump Crab Cake Sandwich. «Super», some designation they made up, seems to be a mix of lump(not jumbo), backfin, and claw. Cake was pretty wet on the inside, significant seasoned breadcrumb filler, lots of dried parsley, somewhat oversalted. Came on Martin’s dinner potato roll, which was kind of small and a few shreds of iceberg. OK for $ 11, but better choices out there.
