Horrible! Unprofessional. They give a bogus quote over the phone. When the owner/​technician arrives, the cost to clean the carpet is 3 times higher than quoted on the phone. Made the carpet worse. They try to cheat the customer by trying to charge extra for coming out for follow-​up cleaning although they have a 48-​hr complimentary follow-​up cleaning policy. I called 24-​hrs after the initial cleaning. The technician no showed for the appointment because it wasn’t on his schedule. We confirm a second appointment and the owner/​technician cancels the follow-​up cleaning 30 minutes prior to arrival. In lieu of doing the follow-​up cleaning, the owner decides that he will refund 50% of the fee and hangs up on the customer after lecturing and reprimanding the customer. Absolutely terrible company to use!
