Just had my phone screen replaced! Service was fast. Place is walking distance from the Lexington Market lightrail stop so it is convenient for city dwellers

Incredible staff. Really really friendly and helpful. My screen got some problems and they crack it in a short time. Definitely a recommended place to go for electronic devices repair.

I had a broken charging port on Galaxy Note 3. I had quotes over $ 150 from others and they advised it would take over an hour and a half at least with no guarantee it would be fixed (gadget guru). I arrived today at 1030 mon morning and they had my phone fixed by 11:30 and the charge was $ 63! Would 100% recommend. Good customer service, and the tech explained an issue he might encounter (only had port for at&t phone and mine is on t-​mobile). They made 4 calls to area techs to see if it would work, all right away while I waited they did this. Said if it didnt work he would have proper one delivered asap. Very very good customer service, hopefully other experiences are similar to mine!

My S3 glass was shattered — eventually so bad that chips of glass were getting stuck in my finger — so I figured it was time to do something about it. I did a search on Unilocal and found Forever Wireless, so sent an email for a free quote. I received a prompt reply from Casey, the owner, with a very reasonable offer, so gave them a try, and I am very glad I did. Casey provided excellent customer service, and the repair service was fast (my phone was ready in about an hour or so) and my new screen is SO much better than before, wish I had taken it to them sooner. I will be recommending to my friends as well!

You know it’s a good day when you:
1) Drop kid 2 off at camp without having to deal with traffic
2) Make it to the city dump (on SIsson Street — I love this place) and get rid of soggy wet moving boxes
3) Get your broken S3 screen fixed in record time
And get all of that done before 10 am.
Yes, this is my 2^nd review of this location. And yes, this is my 2^nd time visiting for the same phone, same broken glass. And yes this is my 2^nd 4 star review. So pleased with the service and the price (under 70 bucks).
Got there and was told that they weren’t open yet (they were waiting for a 2^nd person to show up). Waited out front for a few and then was let in. The person at the front took my info and put my phone back with the tech. I waited around for about 15 minutes and then was given my phone. New glass!!! The tech asked me to check it out before I left and everything works great. Paid, left and was texting again before I got into the car.
I have said it before — if you need glass replaced for your phone head down here.

This place is all about great customer service. Twice I have had a cracked phone screen, and twice the owner of the store and I have interacted personally to get the job done quickly and cost-​effectively. Customer service here is bar none.

Excellent service. Fair pricing. Was emailed a quote to fix a cracked screen and the work was done in 20 minutes while I waiting. It doesn’t get much better than this. Will be returning to have another phone repaired soon.
