I am not in support of this company. My first encounter with them was with a Groupon that I purchased. The Sales associate helped me out and it was very smooth my first time. When they came out they serviced the front and outside of my house, but when I was told I would get a free spray in the event I needed it within 30days, I could only with signing up for re-occurring service which was fine. I went to schedule that free service and they gave me the run around and mis-communication. Also for that courtesy service they were suppose to call before they came out, which they didn’t. The guy said he knocked on my door and no one answered, but no one knocked, rung a doorbell or left a note. I am displeased and I have cancelled my services.

I’ve been working with Frontline Pest Professionals based out of Manassas, VA [7631 Coppermine Dr, Manassas, VA20109]. The service professionals are friendly, but they don’t always do the full job. Despite that issue-I planned to continue their service – until they falsely charged my card! They renewed my service(after my 1 year contract expired) without my permission, charging my credit card without authorization twice. One of those charges was for a treatment I never had! Upon attempting to resolve the issue with management, I was avoided on multiple occasions. I had to call several times, before I finally reached a manager, and the manager(Jennifer) was supposed to call me back on two occasions, but never did. When I finally tracked her down, she was rude, and even hung up on me! They refuse to provide a corporate contact, so I am stuck filing a dispute with my credit card company to resolve the issue.(this takes 60 days). While their treatments are pretty good, their management is horrible! If they make a billing error — good luck getting you money back!

I have been with Frontline for over 8 years and I LOVE them. Their customer service has always been great especially Jennifer! Justin has always been on time with the best attitude and always willing to go the extra mile to help! I even moved homes and took them with me. I can not tell you enough about this wonderful group of people. If bugs come back before your next treatment they come right back out to get rid of them! You can not go wrong with this business!

We moved and are returning customers. The reason why is easy; we find FL to be trustworthy, friendly, professional and competent service providers. They do not attempt to gouge consumers. We are in a new build community 3 have settled. The next 11 will receive a welcome, apple pie and FL’s contact info. They will work with you!

I hired them to control the thousands of bugs, pests, mice, snakes, spiders, roaches, nats, flies, etc that are in and around my house. They cut me a great deal on bi-monthly service. Once you hire them, they’ll continue to come out free of charge for subsequent spraying and pest control. They setup traps in your crawl ways that trap all kind of bugs. Great service. A Must Try!

FRONTLINEPESTPROFESSINALSARECHEATERS! In Spring time, I sometimes have ants in the kitchen. The confused ants generally find their way back outside but this spring they didn’t want to go. While I was trying to deal with this issue, a rep from Frontline Pest Professinals appeared at my door. So, I thought it was perfect timing. I am very cautious about door sales reps so I tried my best to make sure we are on the same page on terms. It turned out, the rep(Collin C.) wrote things on the contract without discussing with me. What he told me was totally different from what he wrote. Now, I am on a 1-year contract instead of 4 months and the company dodges every attempt to fix the error. Neither the customer service nor the managers return my calls. I think it is the company policy to get people sign up for thing they did not need. I warn you against Frontline Pest. DO not BEFOOLED! THEYWILLTRYANDTRICKYOU. DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYONTHEM. Front Pest is the worst company that I have ever made a bussiness. Just make your search and hire a decent company for your pest problems. They frustrated me so much that now I am spreading the word all over the internet, hoping that fewer people will suffer from their bussiness in future.
