If you live in the Baltimore-ish area, be sure to go to full circle. Finding places that do everything ‘full circle’(professionally and with the upmost care) is a rare find, and full circle is no exception. As a photographic artist I trust full circle with my negatives, and that says a lot. Also there’s a gallery space in the lobby with changing work. Check it out My work can be found via: If you’re interested!

If you’re looking for a professional framing shop in Baltimore city, I’d like to recommend you to go to the Full Circle and talk to the manager. He really knows about what will your image look like after the framing. Furthermore, for the very special framing such as Diasec, they will help you to get it done with various options. I discussed from printing papers to plexi glass choice and back mounting. One Stop. However, I suggest you plan your schedule and no rush. Please consider some special framing takes time.

I had 2 of my black & white photographs and 1 color photograph printed by Brian at Full Circle on a beautiful rag paper. They look awesome and I have them hanging in my gallery, More Than Fine Framing.

I cannot say enough good things about Full Circle. I am a full time wedding photographer, but I like to shoot 4×5 in my free time and would like to exhibit my work in the future. I wanted to get a museum quality 50×40 inch print from a 4×5 color negative for our home. I didn’t have any experience with large format printing prior to this, but Brian took the time to walk me through the process. He was very helpful and took time out of his busy schedule to inform me of everything I needed to know. The print itself was perfect and Brian was able to give me exactly what I wanted. After the print was finished, I worked with Ruth for the frame. Ruth was just as helpful as Brian and her the frame came out just as good as the print. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and I look forward to using Full Circle’s services again in the future.

My first impression with Full Circle was that they were a very professional team. Ruth and Dave are wonderful and my issues did not arise with them. I had Full Circle mount my images to Plexiglas with a metal frame on the back. They were able to mount my five images in just two weeks and I was very pleased! Unfortunately, three of the five mounted images had dust stuck behind the glass which caused bubbles and it looked very unprofessional. The other two were absolutely gorgeous. I was not too bummed since Brian, the manager, assured me that they would be redone. A couple weeks later I called on the progress and supposedly their printer was down for over a week. I called again several days later and was told that Brian put my replacement images on hold due to him and I negotiating.(All I wanted was my dust-free images, I was not negotiating having that order canceled). Then he wanted me to bring in my images since they were unsure as to what exact materials they used to make them. Brian knew I was leaving Baltimore in a few weeks and still… my images were not ready. I did not want to permanently leave Baltimore without seeing the final images in case they had more dust and imperfections than the first batch. I was forced to make the decision of only having them redo the one that had the most imperfections, in fear that the other two would be worse off than the current. Long story short, it took them almost two months to replace my image, and only one was replaced rather than three. I spent $ 1,400 and that’s how I was treated.
