I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but this company was referred by someone I trusted. So I decided to give them a shot even though I am pretty picky and a little hard to please. After all, what I envision in my head can not be found in a single stock photo — but a combination of several ideas to address specific needs and concerns. I have a very tiny patio with factors that negated a standard pergola-type design. I needed a structure that provided privacy, but access to my crawlspace and electric meter and on the neighbor’s side I needed portability as there is not enough space from the property line to allow anything permanent. The fix? A large privacy screen anchored by posts on my property across the top of the patio and flanking the left side a matching privacy screen anchored by two large planter boxes — one in the top corner and down at the end — enough room to place my wrought iron bench between the two. The two planters filled with dirt and plants are enough weight to support the screen. To top it off and insure greater stability a pergola-type top was placed diagonally across both screens and secured, providing additional shelter and privacy. I cannot wait for the planted clematis to start climbing! The work was timely and the cleanup was complete. All in all, it was a labor of love and while I may have tested the patience of some, I never felt that my desire to have it my way was compromised. This was just a small project, but based on the overall experience, I would not hesitate to call this company for a larger project.

One of the contractors Paul has been giving me the run around about why we haven’t received payment for a granite install my company did for them. And when I try to call the above listed number to speak to someone in accounting, NOANSWER. EVER. ATANYTIMEOFTHEDAY. Ive called in the morning, I’ve called in the afternoon around 2−3pm, NOTHING. the same stupid answering machine prompting you to leave your name and number for a quote. Worst communication method EVER. BEWARE.
