Bait and Switch! awful company to work with. Owned by Southern Management, which baits you with a nice building, and then tells you you’re not approved there, but in a lesser bldg in an awful neighborhood. I should have known it was too good to be true. Wasted time and money and still have nothing.

I have lived in the building for about 5 months. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have only had one maintenance request, on a weekend, and someone was there within an hour. The gym is pretty nice as far as apartment gyms go and the rooftop pool is great. It can be tough to get a garage spot, but there is a huge lot across the street that always has spaces available for monthly rental. My only complaint is that the apartments are a little small. Within Baltimore, you won’t find a better combination of amenities and value.
