Are you kidding me, great concept, great location really bad execution. Went this past Saturday night to watch some of the NFL playoffs and then go to a Jazz concert that was taking place in their concert hall. Started off in the sports bar part and despite nice TV’s and seating options the service was slow and non attentive. We ordered potato skins and old bay wings to start. Both were pretty bland. Bar stools were very comfortable but they didn’t have enough staff to make you feel like they wanted you there. It should have been a big day for them with two NFL playoff games going on but they did nothing to promote that. After that we went back to the concert hall to watch what was billed as a night of New Orleans Jazz. Tickets were $ 30 and I wish I could get my money back because it was pretty much torture. First, the sound system was terrible and being run by people that appeared to have no idea what they were doing. Tons of noisy mic feedback that they never could figure out why it was happening. To go with the crappy sound system was a humorously bad light show. I think it was supposed to change with the beat of the music. They should have just skipped it. The first band was a group of Peabody Students and they were OK but the sound was so bad it was really tough to tell. The second band was from New Orleans and was supposed to play New Orleans Jazz. Instead, I couldn’t tell if I was at a Jewish wedding or a Polish Polka competition. Each song sounded exactly like the one before it. It was so bad that we left at the intermission and didn’t stick around for the third band. Many other people did the same. When I think New Orleans jazz I think of Pete Fountain, Al Hirt and the Marsalis brothers. This was nothing like that. Nice try but just a bad, bad night.

This place is fun! Great music and FREE games! There’s really something for everyone. It’s basically like a free dave and busters. Some games you have to pay for but they not expensive, like air hockey and pool. I didn’t see a menu or try the food but it looks like a great place to watch the games. We came here to escape the casino and will definitely be back. Also everyone there was really nice! The staff, the patrons– everyone!

So I actually love this place. Prices are typical of a bar near the shoe and stadiums, but still do drink specials. I got a boh pounder for $ 3. You should check out college night bc you can get loads of booze for cheap(think $ 10). Bathrooms are so clean they make you hate your home. Amber(bartender) makes a mean Irish sangria. Also, sweeeeeet game room. Boxing, air hockey, skee ball. Like love love. Menu is great and innovative. Good place to spend a few hrs and just chill. Parking isn’t a bitch aaaaaand they have usb ports at the bar!!! Awesome.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is b/c I couldn’t give it zero stars — my fiancé and I went here this past Saturday and while the night started out fine, it definitely didn’t end that way. We went to see friends band play, there was a group of 6 of us and when we arrived, we met up with the band and were told to come on back to the back bar — we didn’t have to pay a cover. Food was ordered, it was mediocre and drinks were coming and they were ok, a little expensive for what you get but hey, whatever. Anyway, when my food came out, steamed shrimp with potatoes and onions, I asked for a fork, received an eye roll from the bartender — asked for cocktail sauce, it was frozen solid and he seemed to ignore me the rest of the time I ate. We had been there for 2+ hours when at 9:30 we were practically jumped by the staff telling us we needed to pay a cover to stay for the band — I told him that we had been there for almost 3 hours and they didn’t care. My question is that if I had come down around noon to watch the football games, would i have still had to pay a cover? I’ve been to a lot of bars with bands and while I’m ok with paying a cover to come in and even up to an hour early, being there for almost 3 hours really annoyed me but we paid. The rest of the night was going ok until it was time to cash out and go home — we had given the bartender a card when we got there only to be told at the end of the night it had been declined(I’m not blaming her for this at all, the bank said I was«out of my usual spending area» which is why they declined the card, there was plenty of money, we’re not deadbeats and again, I’m not blaming the bartender for my card being declined, want to make that clear). Anyway, she came back to us and said in one of the most rude tones anyone has ever used, «your card was declined, you might want to make sure you have money before you go out drinking» — what??? We had other cards to pay with and with a group of 6 the tab was going to be paid no matter what but to have her insult us like this was just wrong. I previously tended bar at numerous places and have never and would never go somewhere if i couldn’t pay. It was insulting and rude. As I said, we did pay right away and left. Today we noticed she or they gave themselves a $ 55 tip w/out our knowledge — we’re fighting it and trust me, they won’t win and if I need to contact my attorney I will. Long story short, while the place itself is nice and spacious with a lot of tv’s — the staff is rude and it’s somewhere we’ll never be going again. There are a lot of sports bars out there, try one of the others and avoid this place. Signed, First And Last Time Visitors.

Overall this place is not bad. The food though is not that good hence the rating. I ordered some Jamaican Jerk wings that absolutely had NOJERK flavoring whatsoever. I asked for ranch dressing of course received blue cheese. What’s good is the overall atmosphere. Great place with potential if they can get the food at least to ok.

This is a nice spot to watch sports. Not too crowded and atmosphere is ideal for a sports bar. There are definite opportunities for improvement: Customer Service: Be more attentive to drinkers and your tips will increase; Be conscience that more folk from DC(like myself) and Philly are living in and/or and visiting Bmore, show more games of teams proximate to Bmore instead of the customers begging to show the games other than the home team(Ravens).

So leaving the game we decided to stop in… Not horrible but you can tell this is a new business… First, sat for ten minutes without a greeting… Then moved to another table and took another 5. We almost left. Asked for a vodka soda… Without clarification, our server got me a vodka sprite… We don’t know what a vodka soda is? Later looking at the bill it ended up being grey goose… Definitely didn’t ask for that. Looking like a server trying to get her checks up… Ordered the only nachos on the menu and got chips and cheese… Apparently they were out of the other nachos. Weren’t told until after we got the said«nachos»… We wouldn’t come back even with it being this close to stadium

Terrible! I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich the chicken was waaaay under cooked and was rubbery in the middle thankfully I didn’t get sick. They substituted my sandwich with an extra order of fries… right! This place would be ok if it were a bar only but I would never order food here again.

This place has the oppurtinity to great. For one they are in a prime location. Right by the casino and the Ravens staduim. If they were smart they would really take advantage of that. For one they had very little staff. I do not know if the reason was because it was a Sunday but they only had one bartender. When we got there we did not sit on the bar we sat at a table but once we figured out no one would help us, we went to the bar. Took a while to get service. Food Was blah. The crab pretzel was enitrely way to salty and the hot wings had no flavor. And I got sick from the pretzel. Stomach is hurting as we speak. I ordered three times cause everything I wanted they did not have. This place has the potential to be great if they did it right.

A friend of mine decided to have a birthday shindig at this bar. I arrived at Game around 10:30 on a Friday night, one would think that they would’ve been prepared for a busy night but I guess not. A few of us ordered drinks and they said they were closing the kitchen for like 30 minutes, until the staff caught up with the orders. Maybe about an hour later we were told that they shut the kitchen down for the night. The bar didn’t close for another couple of hours and I didn’t want to drink on an empty stomach. We said that we would go to the casino(Horseshoe) for food and we were told that we could eat there since we were inconvenienced. We came to someone turning us away saying that we couldn’t bring the pizza in. Thank goodness I had already ate my slices, but I was angry for my friend. I’m only giving this two stars because I ended up having fun in the back area, playing skee-ball and table hockey etc. I just felt like this place should’ve been prepared for a busy evening, its the weekend for goodness sake.

Happy hour specials aren’t really that special. That said, the space is nice, game room is awesome. This could be a nice destination on game days. But it would be magic with some decent beer prices.

Cool concept. Drinks are fine. My massive complaint is the 90+ minute wait for basic menu items ordered from a simplified game day menu. We were told the 3 people in the kitchen were overwhelmed. I’ve worked in a kitchen before and that simple menu is easy to work. Lack of skill/training/prep are the only reasons for this kitchen to be this behind. Filling carry out orders should not trump feeding people who are drinking in your bar. We ended up canceling our order with at least 30 more minutes wait and going to the Horseshoe instead. Next time I’ll skip this place and go straight to the casino.

I was asked to do an event here, unfortunately there was A Lot of miscommunication with the promoters here. I was given the option to choose a date for my event, turns out the promotion would have ended the month prior from the date I selected. Of course I was not informed until I contacted them the week of. I was told to invite guests and had many friends rearrange their schedules, well unfortunately I was also not informed there was a minimum amount of guests needed. From these interactions it is clear they are still not completely organized and it will be a LONG time until I decide whether or not to patronage this bar. I had asked if there was anything they could do on their part to rectify the situation, but have yet to receive any reply.

Okay, this is a new business so I won’t go too hard on them in this review. Let’s start with the POSITIVES. They are conveniently located right on the side of the casino and a short walk from Ravens stadium. So all you football game lovers(and baseball) now have a new spot to crash when the games done. The drinks were nice and strong. I had two old fashions, which is rye whiskey, bitters and a splash of grenadine over ice, garnished with an orange slice and cherry. They were very good. I also had a blue Long Island that was fantastic as well. The entire venue is very spacious. They have their own parking lot behind the building as well so that’s always a plus in my book! Also ample parking right on Warner street. I would post pics but the ones that are already uploaded are very accurate so, no need. Now on to the areas of improvement. THEYRANOUTOFFOODBEFORE11pm! I don’t know if something broke in the back or they just forgot to unload the delivery truck that day but COMEON! It was a big let down for me because I was there for a friends birthday and had heard such great things about the food. Showed up around 10:15pm, decided to have a drink and greet the other 40 some odd people at the B Day event and then got hungry just to be told the kitchen had to shut down. We asked how could that be since they advertised on the radio for ORIOLESFANS to come there after the game. No one had and answer! Sure glad no drunken, hungry Orioles fans showed up ready to turn up after 10:30! I will say this, I never write a place off after one night. I will be returning and updating this review. Hopefully with comments on how great the food is.
