Delivery takes forever. And this wasn’t just one time. It’s just not worth the wait. They don’t follow the grub hub time estimate at all

Worst. I used to order from here all the time and it used to be good. I ordered a sub today because I haven’t had it in a while. I got a chicken parmesan and there was NO cheese on the chicken parmesan. I was too hungry to even bother to take it back. As i was chewing something poked me and it was a piece of wood or something. God knows what it was. This place used to me SO GOOD. Disappointing.

I guess it’s a hit or miss kinda place, depends on the cook I guess. Last time I got their seafood platter and it was over cooked and horrible. This time I got a cheese steak and it was actually pretty good. Place looks a bit dated but is clean for most part. Pretty good deal on 10″ sub combo for $ 7.49!!!

It serves a purpose for when you’re at work, need something to eat and can’t really leave out. I ordered the caesar salad with grilled chicken. It wasn’t the best I’ve had but it wasn’t the worst either.

Complete TRASH! Never listen to your mother when she says, «let’s try something new.» It was warmer outside than it was inside the store. The food was just blah.

Worst delivery place I have ever ordered from. Have given this place three tries and delivery has taken more than an hour an all occasions (even on a Wednesday night) when it’s only 4 miles away. Food has been cold each time. Part of our order has also been missing each time, and don’t even bother calling to get a credit for anything that’s missing because the manager never seems to be there, which doesn’t surprise me. The quality of the food that comes out of this place shows that it’s not being managed and if it is they have no pride in their establishment. Giorgio’s doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

A go to delivery place for where I work. Sadly this place isn’t very good. The delivery almost always takes an hour and the food is pretty eh’. If you need to eat its okay and better then fast food but be prepared for a long wait time. Additionally the chicken soup is from canned!!!

We ordered food, it arrived in a timely fashion, but the order was wrong. we called to work things out and the person on the phone wanted to debate the issue. I just don’t understand how can you argue when two people are a witness to your mistake.“The customer is always right”

Decided to use the app Beyond Menu tonight for dinner. So Giorgio’s came up with 4.5 stars. Ordered two pork chops dinners and one medium Greek pizza So I order the 8:22pm on a Friday night. So I realize even though they say about 30 minutes I will be waiting. At 9:15 when the order gets here, there’s no pizza. My daughter comes upstairs to tell me this and the driver drives off. I call the restaurant and KC tells me he will call driver back. At 9:22 I call back again looking for the driver and he says he on easy back. Still no pizza. I call again at 9:25 and I asked what happened to driver. He said «Oh the first driver forgot pizza, a second one had left with your pizza, sorry. Keep in mind is 4.3 miles or 12 minutes to my house from restaurant. At 9:45 I call back because he isn’t here yet. He apologizes again and I suggest that my next order receive a discount, he offers a 2 liter soda. I hang up. At 9:58 with still no pizza I call back to store for a credit. He offers a 50% discount on next order. At this time the driver shows with pizza, IT’S COLD! The sad part is, the pork chops dinner was good. I can not only not recommend but at this point I wouldn’t even go back for 50%.

Good wings, but that was about it. Indian– forget about it – it doesn’t even resemble any indian food I’ve ever eaten before, and not good – not vegetables you would find in indian food – very generic vegetables. Food arrived without Nan. They were very responsive when I called and sent their driver back with Nan (45 minutes later), but the Nan was microwaved, hard, chewy and sweet. NOT Nan. The driver was extremely friendly and pleasant. This wasn’t his problem. Never ordering again.

Cheesesteak was dry and the cold cut was lacking. I will not be ordering from here again.

AVOID THIS PLACE… We just ordered from Original Giorgios on Reisterstown Rd. Granted we called at 6:45 on a Friday night however having our very simple order delivered 2 HOURS later was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse they forgot one of the sandwiches we ordered (and paid for) and when I tried to call and complain but was put on hold and then hung up on.
With so many other options for take out that deliver to Mt. Washington, we’ll never order from them again. The sad part is that food was not half bad. Sorry Original Giorgio… this is not the way you run a business!
