Great customer service. Ramon on the register was speedy. He needs to be promoted and teach the employees in arundel mills how to do it. I can barely go into the h and m in arundel mills due to huge lines and bad customer service.

Love this place… only for the clothes. The associates lack any type of customer service. The only reason it got this many stars is because of the actual clothing.

This location is super messy and unorganized and the staff is super unfriendly. I had a horrible experience and will be contacting corporate to get a resolution. I love H&M especially back in my hometown but this location will never see a dime of my money until the associates learn proper customer service.

Somewhat messy and unorganized… maybe it was based on the time of day. The workers were friendly. I was asked at least 3 times if I needed help with anything. Found a dress for 7 bucks but that was about it.

I think this one is fairly new. They had 4 bogo free racks. I found a pretty lavender blazer which I’m currently wearing and a nice sheer sleeves blouse with beautiful detailing on the shoulder. Grand total of $ 15 plus tax.

NEW H&M rules no return w/o receipt you have to call the number 646−495−7444 needless to say I finally got a call back a month later for an USPS form to mail my items back. The store is really stepping up their game due to all the hype from this new tv show where want to be designers mock up fashion. Its ok with me but still no on line store so I had to give it 1 star
