Booked one room for two night for my son and daughter and pre paid by American Express Platinum card. Two day after check out there was a $ 271 pre authorized charge on my son account. Called and spoke with manager Joshua and was told that the pre authorized charge should be deleted since the whole two night was pre paid and he promised to call back to confirmed when but never heard from him. Two day pass by again now the pre authorized charge became a fully charge for @236.40 on his account which made it very hard for him to further charge his card since he has a limited spending each month. Spoke with Joshua again, he said according to what he can see there shouldn’t be any charge and asked for my Platinum card customers services and promised to taken care of this right away and promised again to call and up dated which he never did again. It had been 10 days since he stayed there and a full charge of $ 236.40 charge is still on his credit card. Well this review is to give anyone who wish to stay there a head up to look over your credit card charge after check out. As for me will not staying there again. vw

We stayed 3 nights in a queen suite and loved all the features of this brand new facility. Front desk staff could not do enough, no matter what the question. Kitchen is complete with every tool and complete sets of dinnerware. Not a big fan of eating out every meal it was nice to be able to cook some of our meals. Room was spotless and bathroom toiletries were Neutrogena nice touch — my husband liked them and the dispensers so much we have installed the same ones in our home bathroom. All the bath towels were not of the same quality — that was odd. Parking on the weekends is free and not an issue to find a place on the street out front. We parked our car the whole time and used the FREE Baltimore circulator, there is a stop 1 block away. Great idea Baltimore !!! Did not eat the breakfast — no non carb options, but loved the coffee great flavor and available 24÷7÷365. Only neg is the pillows. What is it about hotel pillows? These are so soft as to be nonexistent. The bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here during st. patrick’s day weekend this year. It was perfect becuase there were several pubs and other bars with in walking distance! Great prices, especially if you use your AAA membership :) I think it was about $ 80/night for a queen with a kitchenette and pullout couch– kickass compared to hotels in the area, and this hotel is less than a year old. The kitchen had a full size refridgerator, sink, and dish washer. They also had a hot plate avaliable upon request. It was stocked with any utensils or dishes one would need, which was awesome. Staff were nice, one front desk person, Lakia? was the shit. I was trying to find a liquor store that was open after 9 on Friday night, and did everything from call to confirm if stores were open to showing me a picture on google maps with directions. There were signs in the room saying that cleaning staff only serviced the room during the weekdays and on weekends by request. Since we were staying Friday to Monday I figured we would not be receiving a cleaning. However Saturday morning our room was cleaned without request. Only problem was that our cleaning person somehow locked the bathroom door(think sliding closet door style) and there was no way to open it. Due to the nature of the home2 suites being for longer stays I’m guessing… there were no maintanence people avabliable until Monday, and this was Saturday. All of our toiletries were locked in the bathroom, not convenient. However between my boyfriend and again the amazing Lakia we were able to fix the problem with a screw driver. Woo! Overall a good experience. Everything was pretty new, and clean enough haha. The breakfast selection was decent. I think it was mostly cereal, kinda gross sandwiches, and oatmeal maybe. I do remember that the coffee was available all day, and I’m a big fan of that. Parking sucks, so good luck with that. Street parking is free in some spots on the weekend, just pay attention to signs. The hotel offers valet for $ 25/day. There is no print-from-anywhere feature as it lists on the website. However there are two computers in the lobby, that were free every time I needed them. Printing is free from those locations and I had no problems with that. Laundry facilities are also on site, with a «game/fitness room.» Not huge but would do the job.

Hilton’s attempt to compete with Starwoods Aloft or Hyatts, Hyatt Place chains. I believe this location is one of the first 5 for the chain. All in all, a solid place to stay, but Hilton has their work cut out for them if they plan to compete seriously with this chain. This location is in the center of Baltimore, a short walk to the Inner Harbor. The hotel rooms are very nice… contemporary…a loft feel, with lime greens and orange colors as accents. Very current. Service from the front desk staff was excellent. The bathroom toiletries need some work. Not the best brand. Chintzy. Don’t chintz on my shampoo! :). Parking at this particular property is valet only. Valet must be a good distance off site… plan to wait 15 to 20 minutes for your car.
