Fantastic service, thoroughly professional, great rates, and great customer service. Spoke with Andre two days before the move and he was polite, cut-​to-​the-​chase, explained terms and conditions up-​front, and we set up the move in under 2 minutes.
The 3-​man crew and a truck arrived on time, wrapped everything with blankets, no wasted time — a sharp, experienced, energetic crew. We moved my stuff from one-​bedroom apartment in Washington, DC, to a townhouse in Reston, VA. It rained, hailed, and snowed that day (!) and these guys never once complained.
Hidden costs: $ 5 per roll of tape (WTF?!) and $ 19 to stretch wrap (plastic) each piece of furniture you want wrapped (the rest are wrapped in blankets). These charges were a little irritating, but they were more than happy to use rolls of tape and plastic sheeting I already had.
I will definitely use this company again when I next move.
