Complete rip off! Came over, beat the lock with a hammer and tried to sell up more. $ 189.00 for 4 minutes to beat the handle with a hammer. Please call another company!

SCAM. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Last night, on April 24, 2015 I called this company because I had locked my keys in the car at a friends house. I waited for more than 3 hours for a technician to arrive. When he did arrive he was in an unmarked suv and was extremely unprofessional. He told me that I needed to sign a form that says that he can tamper with my vehicle to get the keys out and that’s ALL HE SAID! After I signed I realized I just gave the OK for him to charge me $ 150 for a minutes worth of work! He swindled a signature out of me and completely misled me on what I was signing. He even mentioned smoking weed with me and my friend after he was finished! They advertise on their site that there is a $ 19.99 service fee for a lockout. My receipt said $ 50 for a service fee and $ 100 for an emergency lockout. There was no address or no way to trace the technician on the receipt. So I repeat, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! DON’T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID! Might I add that the address posted for the business is a 2 bathroom, 2 bedroom house! Do your homework before you allow these scam artists to do their work.
