Terrible food. We ordered at the drive-thru and I ended up throwing out my meal after a few bites — the chicken tenders were so rubbery and tough. Even the biscuits tasted funky. And I generally like KFC. Never visiting this location again. The food options along I-95 just seem really abysmal.

Every once in a while I will get a craving for KFC even though every fiber in my body tells me no and to remember the past few times I’ve been here. Almost everyone that works at this location is incredibly rude. They act like they don’t care about taking your order properly. They are just worried about their gossip. The wait here is usually extremely long. So if you do plan on visiting this location, bring a book because you’re going to need it. Also be prepared for them to say that they’ve run out of chicken. You’re a chicken resturant. How the hell do you run out of chicken? Also the parking lot here sucks.

I waited in line at the drive-thru for 2 minutes and no one ever came through on the speaker. Thinking it might be broken, I pulled up to the window and waited a few minutes before someone came up to take my order. I should have known from the way the employees didn’t use the drive-thru speaker or rush to take my order that this KFC was not a place I that had great customer service. Nevertheless, I ordered the $ 5 fill up box from an employee that looked like she could care less. As soon as I got my order I pulled out into a parking space to look at my food. I opened the box and the skin was falling off the chicken, as if someone else had tried to eat it. Everything was smushed, lukewarm, and disgusting looking. I walked into the store with my order and asked for the manager. I told her I wanted a refund because of my food looked disgusting. She opened the box and told me it was supposed to look like that. I just looked at her and she gave me a refund. I will never go back to this, or any other KFC.
