An hour late arriving to set up a bounce house for a kids back to school party. Their employee was a jerk (parents of the kids at the party observed this). No communication that they would be late. They are flawless at taking money, but horrible at showing up. When they finally called back hours after I left messages, they were sorry there was traffic. I am shocked that they don’t leave early enough to mitigate conditions like traffic. Horrible company. I wish I could give 0 stars.
