Worst company ever. The representatives don’t know anything and the managers are even worse. I would rather pay a penalty at the end of the year for not having insurance. So frustrating dealing with such trash.

Good luck talking with someone. Expect to wait a looooooonnnnnnngggg time. This is what happens when you let the government runs a business.
I enrolled, but they never sent the application over to the health service provider after over a month. Once I finally got a hold of someone after waiting for 30 minutes on the phone, she escalated and told me to called the medical insurance. After 4 days, I called and they still didn’t have the application. I then have to call Maryland Health Health Connection again. After several attempts and long wait time, I still have not been able to speak with anyone.
Very frustrating experience.
Obama Care does not work and it could «Care» less about customer service.

Awful ‘service’. The website is difficult to use, it’s near impossible to actually reach somebody there. I was on hold for about an hour before someone actually picked up, and they still weren’t able to fix a problem they caused months ago. They entered my wife’s name incorrectly and, when I can actually get a hold of anybody, they haven’t been able to change it to what they should have entered in the first place. Now, I’m trying to file my taxes and the form they sent me has the incorrect name on there, and when I was put on hold the call disconnected and I haven’t received a call back, despite giving this number in case of disconnection.
I’d rather spend a day at the MVA than deal with Maryland Health Connection.

After 6 attempts today to contact someone in customer service. It’s apparent, customer service is non-existent.
I waited 30 minutes each time I called. only once I spoke to someone which after being asked to be put on hold. she disconnected from me and didn’t call back after asking for my number just in case such happened. The other five times… well they answer with a polite getting. then hang up.
It’s been over two months since I applied. The website. it’s a joke, user friendly. I guess.
I’ve been told I need to go down town to social services. lol really, take half a day off work to go sit wait for them help you… to say nothing… but you must wait.
