McDonald’s

Couldn’t go lower than 1 star. 1^st time there the wait for the drive through was about 20 minutes with about 3 cars behind and 2 in front. Got upto window recieved cold food, basically just cup of soda,(2 cubes of ice, literally) and fries so soggy u could squeeze out the grease. 2^nd time there (benefit of the doubt), same wait time AGAIN!, soggy fries AGAIN!, 2 hamburgers with no PICKLES and no KETCHUP AND MUSTARD!!! REALLY?. They want $ 15 an hr? Ok. Never again will i eat at a Mcdonalds especially store #6500. THE HAMBURGLAR got me again and RONALD Should hide his head in shame. THEY SUCK, just like the food!!!

This McDonald’s is getting to be a joke and still allow people to sleep and then a lot of homeless people to come in here and bring in their own food from outside the restaurant and eat and allowed them to Panhandle the customers in the restaurant which is ridiculous do they have decent management they would put them out

Staff is not accommodating with request. It would be convenient to me for this location. Unfortunately the not accommodating to orders has left a bitter taste in my mouth. There are a lot of McDonalds — one on North Point Road in the Eastpoint Mall. One on Dundalk Avenue. Etc. This is the only one that will not accept request changes on meals. Especially on kids who tend to be choosy on what they eat and what they will not eat. Getting an item that comes with it — that will be wasted seems a shame. I hope this review serves as a way to communicate with the business and express customer relations a company should have. Just because it has the name McDonalds does not mean it will draw people in if the workers or specially managers can not accommodate changes and needs of a customer. I know each franchise has it’s own set guideline or rules… but what is more important a substitute or me driving off— because you will not work with me on a meal change at all. 20.00 dollars or nothing… you have been choosing nothing. Is that really what you want?

This McDonald’s is probably the closest to the Hopkins Bayview Medical Center; right off the I-​95 exit for Eastern Avenue

–newly renovated, bright and clean
–gets your order/​special requests/​food modifications right
–friendly staff/​patrons
Often, this is a good place to get cheap eats before going to Bayview! Bayview’s cafeteria is hit or miss
