McL Floor Sanding Service

We have used MCL Floors three times. It is a family business that takes great care in its work. The first time we neede floors and stairs re sanded, polished and covered with polyurethane varnish. The difficulty was that there was a very tight time requirement between the renovation and us moving in. Brenda, the owner, promisewd to have it done in time, and in fact her people finished it ahead of time. I thought they might do a rush job, but the finish was perfect
When we moved into a rowhouse with parquet flooring, her people paid special attention to the differing ways the grain went, and we depicate with the 90 year old, well worn floors.
They have always been reliable, reasonably priced, honest and skillful I know, this is somewhat unusual!
