My furnace was not operating properly. I researched Unilocal and called Eric on a Saturday afternoon. He came, serviced and repaired by furnace to be up and running in no time. His rate was reasonable and if we run into issues again we’ll be sure to call him.

I don’t Unilocal review often, but I need to express how excellent Eric Owings is. After a short call on Saturday evening he made an appointment with me to come out Sunday at 9am to get my furnace going. He was right on time, charged only the house call fee and fixed the issue within an hour (bad limit switch). When we spoke Saturday I mentioned my girlfriend’s water heater was giving her issues and he agreed to look at it while he was out. She happens to live three doors down so it is rather convenient. He must have spent over two hours at her house. He replaced the water heater element and spent over an hour and a half trying to diagnose a hot water issue with her downstairs shower. He is die to return this week for that issue but again only charged my girlfriend for the heating element and house call fee. This isn’t about the fact that it was so inexpensive, it’s that Eric is extremely warm and friendly, has a very open mind and is frank and honest in teaching you how to keep your appliances working properly. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a home service call. I will call Eric for any HVAC or plumbing needs from now on.

We had Eric do our gas heating and he gave us a reasonable price and did awesome work!!! Eric is very experienced, patient and reliable person. We will definitely use their services from now on and we highly recommend this company!!!
