(12/17/2014) Tried them out when they were at State Center today, new to me for this location. Had the Cream of Crab Soup and 2 Seafood Spring Rolls combo, $ 10. Soup was creamy, not thick, tasted like a ton of butter, sherry, cream, Old Bay; had some small lumps, likely from crab frozen and imported from Thailand or Vietnam, a little chewy, soup oversalted. Seafood Spring Rolls used the thick egg roll wrappers and were wrapped tight and small, had lots of interior uncooked, doughy layers; seafood filling was mix of backfin and claw, also salty, was seasoned with celery salt, Old Bay, cilantro and contained bits of carrot, celery, and onion. Overall, food was pretty good, worth another shot. Of all the trucks there, this one had the longest line. A lot of people recommend the Jalapeño Burger, that’s next on my list.
