I use to love this place. I would drive an hour just to get my nails done there but recently they e gone down hill. The don’t have anyone in there who can do designs… You know I spent 100 $ in there the other night then they charged me and extra 5 for my design on my ring finger and it looked like ish. She wouldn’t fix it because she «has to go» it was 8:15 and she said the were closing. I was in there for I’ve an hour. Lee Lee got wax all over my shirt and it won’t come out. I should have gotten a break on price after that. Oh and my design. it was only a line… I’m so irritated I’m going to have to find a new salon. :(I’ll miss u Gina

My experience at Nail Envy and Spa was horrible. To be honest they don’t even deserve a one for a rate. No stars.
When I got there they ask me to pick out the polish that I wanted. I wanted OPI in black and white. I found and it looked like they diluted it with finger nail polish remover. Watered down. I wanted to leave after I saw that. Instead I stayed.
I go to the back to get my pedicure that was okay. I had no problem which I thought. It was a little dark, so I couldn’t really see the polish until I got home. Half done. The manicure was the worst. I think that was the worst manicure I ever had in my life. My daughter could have done a better job than she did. I ended up taking it of when I got home. I tried… Never will they ever see me again.
