This was truly a wonderful experience. I encountered an error on my income taxes dating back through three states across several years, and I definitely needed a CPA. I found Ms. Connolly just by googling, met with her that day, and by the end of the day she had completed many of the returns. I appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness. She can easily answer any questions I have in very quick time. Most importantly though, I felt comforted by the fact that she easily explained some (appearing to me) complex topics in laymen’s terms. I will definitely use her services again, and I strongly recommend you do the same.

My wife and I relied on Pam to do our taxes this year (for 2013), and she was a pleasure to work with. She welcomed us into her home and conducted a brief interview and went over and questions we may have had. After a couple of days, our taxes were complete and she was able to e-​file them for us. She even took the time to review/​audit an older, out-​of-​state tax return that I needed to reconcile, without charging extra.
FYI — Be prepared to drop off your documents with her, as she doesn’t do your taxes while you wait. Overall, a great experience that was prompt and affordable… we would definitely work with her again for next year’s tax preparation.

I called Ms. Connoly out of the blue with a tax question. I am not (yet anyway) a client, but she was very willing to help. I’ve always done my own taxes, but I would seriously consider hiring Pam to do my taxes based on that experience.
