Warning!!! Pay very close attention to the signs posted that warn you that they are not responsible for vandalism, damage or theft of your vehicle while in the care of Park’s Auto! Our car was damaged in their care. If anything happens to the vehicle while it is in their care, you will have to pay extra to get it fixed! My husband brought a relative’s car in for $ 600 repair(replacing a worn out seat in an older car and some heating and cooling issues), which we were fine with, since they have done decent work for us previously. When he went to pick it up after about 2 weeks, it was not on the lot like the cars usually are for pick up, but in the garage instead, with only the driver side visible. After my husband paid the bill, got his keys and drove off the lot, he noticed that the passenger side mirror was missing. When we contacted the owner of the shop, he apologized and said there was nothing he could do to help us aside from replacing the mirror at our own cost. He said he did not know when it happened and that we could have brought the car in without the mirror even though they noticed that it was missing about 2 days ago. I wondered why they would not have noticed a missing mirror initially when they had to drive it around on the lot to service it. Sadly, we will not be able to support this business anymore. It is too much of a risk. We only want to pay for existing issues, not new ones that happen while the car is in the repair shop’s care.
