I ordered Pizza and cheese sticks at apox 08.15pm remind store at 09.30 pm still till 09.45 pm no answer from store about delivery or delivery man never showed up

On a Monday evening the restaurant itself was a ghost town, no one was dining in. But to our surprise it didnm’t keep the staff from caring, we had 2 or maybe even three different people waiting on us asking if we needed anything, refills on our drinks weren’t an issue at all, the pizzas came out perfect and we got a great deal for 4 pizzas which were only $ 7 each. I honestly think the pizza is better when dined in at pizza hut, not delivered.

I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for years now, and I have never had a more disappointed time. While I can understand being out of a feature item, what is completely unacceptable is the fact that the order came in 25 minute gaps from each. To make this matter worst manager disregard and belittled me and the situation. No reasonable explanation could be given on why individual who arrived after us received the same order at the same time compare to us. What most like happen is they forgot the rest of our order and instead of admitted their mistake they acted like the situation was normal. I will never go back to this location again. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

For over five years, it has been a go-​to-​spot for when me and my family don’t feel like cooking. Only dined there a couple of times with my family with no problems. The carry out component has been very good. Very little issues as far as order and promptness.

You know, this isn’t typically my favourite Pizza Hut location, but it’s closer to my job. I stopped by today to pick up a pizza on my way home and I overheard a customer complaining about something really stupid to the woman at the front (whom i presume is the manager) and I am extraordinarily impressed with the way the manager handled the complaint. The customer was clearly just a complaining type that just felt like complaining for the sake of complaining. But the manager genuinely apologized and acted to correct the issue. The part that actually impressed me though was AFTER the customer walked away, the manager did not roll her eyes or shake her head or make a rude comment on this obviously nasty woman. She just mentioned to another employee what needed to be done to correct the issue and they continued about their business. It may not seem like much, but to witness that left a positive lasting impression on me. Props to this particular manager for a job very well done. She has done a phenomenal job in changing my opinion about this pizza hut.

I just wanted to add a note about customer service. I called and the first man I talked to abruptly started laughing and asked if I could hold right after I have him my address. Luckily, the next person who came on the phone was a polite man, but he informed me they do not deliver to my location, which is less than 1.5 miles away (1.2 miles based on Unilocal’s calculations).
So while I can’t comment on the food I must say they are losing a lot of business note delivering an extra fraction of a mile. And that’s not because I order a lot of delivery pizza, but I live in a large nearby apartment complex and even the worker on the phone said that a lot if people call trying to get delivery to fairways at Towson. So overall maybe this Pizza Hut should think about revamping their customer service which would include widening their delivery radius.

I’ve ordered carryout from this location dozens of times, and I have always been pleased.

This is a horrible Pizza Hut location.
It all started when I called to place my order. Pizza Hut does some automated ordering where all orders go to one central location and then you are able to choose which Pizza Hut you would like to pick it up from. Ok, whatever. The annoying part was that the sales person on the other end of the line tried to get me to add wings or a drink onto my order like 6 different times! He asked «would you like to add some hot and delicious wings» and «how about a tasty refreshing beverage». It would have been nice if he did not ask multiple times.
I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. It took 45. The dining room was completely empty and numerous employees were just standing around. This was at 10pm by the way. I just ordered a pizza and cheese sticks, not sure why it took so long.
When I walked up to the pickup counter, the man told me that he would be with me in a minute. He then proceeded to walk over to where the waitressing computers were and start to yell at (what I guess a new) employee on how to remove something from a pizza. It was super unprofessional and I felt bad for the kid.
After standing around and then witnessing this take place, I finally got my pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were not like the ones I have had before. They were burnt! Maybe that’s why my order took so long. The pizza was meh, normal Pizza Hut pizza.
Next time, I think I will order from the Pizza Hut on York Road. It’s worth dealing with the traffic in my opinion.

The breadsticks were a little overdone, but my partner didn’t mind, so I didn’t complain. I just gave myself a headache wondering how breadsticks could slip through the place when there were only three other parties in that whole place.
I’m also not sure why servers are allowed to work with their facial jewelry on.
Two words: Servsafe training.

Okay place. Haven’t eaten inside there in years, but have done carry out. I wish they would start delivery service. No Pizza Hut around Carney/​Parkville delivers.

The food here is typical Pizza Hut but the service sucks! All at once comes the salad, breadstick appetizer, and the pizza. This has happened the last two times we dined there.
